The food and service are pretty good. The portion sizes and prices are reasonable. I'd give 5 stars if they weren't so cheap with the tomato -- I got 2 tiny slivers of partial tomato slices in my shawarma. I didn't even notice them when eating it lol.

Location-wise very good and extremely busy. But the serving is pretty fast and large meat amount. It took quite some effort to finish the whole thing and their sauce, spices are really good. Would suggest to cook the meat softer.

Very disappointed with the customer service of this location.I have always been getting side of meat from both Metrotown & Richmond location of Basha and they always had the similar portion.I ordered 2 sides of meat with a chicken platter. First of all y he meat was dray and secondly, one side literally had less meat than the size of palm. Upon confronting, the manager defended by saying all other locations are doing wrong and the amount they provided in one of the two boxes was the right amount.Long story short, not coming back to this location again.
