I went to this place few days back. The lady with sad looking face didn’t greet, not a smile on face and was using her phone completely ignoring a costumer coming in. I waited 5 min at the counter and left disappointed.
If this the face of BR Marpole, May the good lord save you! Amen

Came in and wanted to get ice cream with me and my daughter, the lady working today was doing her own thing and not a single word to greet us, when it came time to order I pulled out my cash and she said only card at this time because she didn’t count the till for me to pay cash so she didn’t want to mess up the money count. But sorry how is that my problem that you didn’t count the till 30 minutes after opening? I said ok I will give u exact change and leave u a dollar tip. She said ok, and didn’t say thank you for the tip or nothing. I asked for napkins, not a single word, just handed them to me. If I could give zero stars I would. Not sure if she’s having a bad day or if she’s always like that but that should not be the face of your buisness.

Average tasting ice cream place. I ordered the mango tango. Overall not bad except I couldn’t fully remove the cone wrapper and couldn’t eat some parts of the ice cream.
Note for myself: Order a kid size next time. My single scoop was no different from the kid size.

We came in after dinner on a weeknight. There were a couple of people enjoying ice cream at their designated seating. We ordered three children's cones. The staff member (Manraj) even let my kids try a couple of flavours before they committed their flavour. My kids had a great time until my daughter decided to jump around with her cone outside of the store—her ice cream fell on the ground. She was quite upset and we walked in and told the staff member what had happened and she did not hesitate to replace the cone happily. We will definitely be coming here for our ice cream from now on.

Very DisappointedI won't give any starsI was told to get the design and they can do paw patrol deco pack. The day of ordering they said they can't.Please take time and clearly explain to the customer if you guys can bake that kind of cake or not.Not just hand the design book and disappear.
