Disappointing Experience at Your Store
I visited your store on Monday around 10:45pm and was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a Medium Take-Home Fresh Pack and asked to choose 2 flavors, as I have always been able to do at your locations (including Metrotown). However, the employee told me I could only select 1 flavor.
This was confusing because I regularly order the same item at this location and at Metrotown Mall, and I have always been able to choose 2 or even 3 flavors. When I asked the employee to clarify, she said she also works at Marine Drive, Metrotown, and Port Moody, but still insisted that only 1 flavor was allowed.
If that is the case, then how was I previously able to select up to 3 flavors at this store? Has the policy suddenly changed then? This inconsistency was very disappointing and not what I have come to expect from your stores.
I’m not sure if the employee was being dishonest or if that is really the policy, but it seems the staff need better training

Should have read the reviews first. Big mistake. Definitely the Indian girl with the pony tail up front on cash hates her job and anyone or anything associated to it. Didn’t say hi, did want to help and even asked if I had enough money to pay for the pint I was purchasing. On top of it she even used her unwashed/unclean finger to wipe the excess ice cream from the edge of the pint before slamming it down on the counter without saying anything. I simply left as there’s no point in dealing with people this sour on life. I also threw out the pint as their face-to-face sanitation procedures would leave me to many more questions of what they do when nobody’s actually looking. I’m okay with it and am simply never going to come back. EVER.

This place is meh. Only about 20 flavors to pick from and they really didn't have any good popular ones either. It is also a cashless store. The only parking available is paid unless you park in the neighborhood near by. Regular ice cream tasted funny too.. won't be back.

The young Indian girl on cash with her hair in a ponytail is extremely rude. I'm hoping it's her first job because she otherwise needs to learn some manners. She's snobby and really rude to customers, most of which are children.
Dropped by Baskin-Robbins for a sweet break and it totally hit the spot. The ice cream is always creamy, rich, and full of flavor — I went with two scoops (one fruity, one chocolatey) and both were super satisfying.
They have a wide variety of flavors, so it’s fun to try something new each time or stick with the classics. Staff were friendly and quick, and the shop was clean and well-kept.
A bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but the quality and portion make it feel worth it. Great for a casual dessert stop, whether you’re out with friends or just treating yourself.
