Absolute lifesaver of a spot!

The tomato basil vegan soup from Batard was a total win for our family this week. My baby girl was deep in a rough teething phase and we had a daddy-daughter day together—she absolutely loved the flavours (even if most of it ended up on her face and the floor 😄). Seeing her happy and actually enjoying real, quality ingredients meant everything.

An amazing cafe and bakery. We ordered the gingerbread latter which tasted great and had nice little bits of gingerbread in it as well.

Also ordered a plain croissant and lemon tart. Both were very delicious. The croissant was super flakey, light and fresh. The lemon tart had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The crust was delicious as well. The meringue on top was great.

My absolute favourite bakery. Everything is good. High quality ingredients made fresh daily and from scratch.
Highly recommend the honeycomb pastry. Some of their pastries are available in larger sizes perfect for groups!
I always come back to see what seasonal items are new to try.
