I’ve been and tried lots of KFC but this franchise always serves up good chicken. Usually order boneless but their bone-in are the best.

The chicken is amazing BUT…. The sides are ridiculous. When I spend $80 on chicken for 2 of us, I’d expect my $4 side of coleslaw to be more than 3 bites. I will order their chicken again, but never a side dish. They really need to up their side dish game. I like veggies with my dinner but not for $14 for a small handful of kale, or $4 for 2-3 bites of coleslaw.Maybe a 4 star rating is too generous? I don’t know. The chicken is just really good. Pretty pricey, but good.

Staff and management went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a wrong take out order. Thank you for being understanding and accommodating! Takeaway for me is to always confirm that I received the right order before leaving especially when it gets busy like on Valentines! ?
