This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I have had. We were a table of 4 and the restaurant was less than 1/3 full. One of our group showed up first and ordered a beer and calamari and her calamari showed up before her beer did. The rest of us sat down after she ordered and we're not asked our orders until after her food came and they then brought her drink. It took another 15mins before the beers we ordered were brought to our table. There were no less than 5 servers walking through this less than half full restaurant and only one of them was working their tables. The others were useless. And the lowest tip option was 18% when honestly it should have been zero. An 18% tip for a beer I took less time to drink than you took to serve and a water glass that was empty halfway through waiting for that beer and which never got refilled. I feel like they should have paid me to be there it was such a waste of time. The burger when it did show up was half the size of the bun they served it in, making it mostly just an expensive bun with a side of beef. Never would I ever go here again.
We have always been treated well by waitstaff; always a good meal too. But we always have to ask/remind for salt & pepper & ketchup!
The staff always takes great care of us for pre whitcaps game happy hour! Hats off to Jasper for making sure we were well fed and never thirsty!
Everything was lovely. Except for waiting for 16 food orders to be served at the same time took a while. Over 30-45 minimum
One of my favorite spot to get chicken in all of Vancouver. Would definitely recommend trying it out
Hidden gem. I always visit for my birthday meal and it has never disappointed. Another awesome experience. Great food, top notch service. They always treat me was the utmost respect. Price has remain the same as last year even though food cost has skyrocketed. This is an ideal spot for cost effective, first class dining. I was really surprised that it was not packed with guests. Try it for yourself, you will not be regret it. They strive to make your experience a memorable one. Thanks folks.
Waited 1 hour and 14 minutes just to get a drink. I've been here five times over the past seven years, and the service is consistently the slowest I've experienced anywhere. The only thing this place has going for it is the convenient location. Servers routinely disappear for 30+ minutes at a time. I had to go to the bar myself to ask about a drink that still hadn't arrived—25 minutes after I'd already paid the bill. Brutal.
It was a busy night with bc lions game, snoop Dogg and concert at rogers arena. The restaurant was busy and loud but the drinks were good, happy hour special especially The food was very tasty, could've come with more fries as the side honestly but everything was hot and delicious Service was good and quick. Would definitely go back
My guests and I (party of three) made our reservation for 6.00pm and we were greeted nicely by(we didn't get her name or we were not paying attention) . The place was quiet, as it was still early for a Saturday Night and we sat down practically anywhere we wanted. We chose the high top at the bar, as we wanted to watch the Basketball game. We started with a drink and ordered dinner. Two of us chose the Prime Rib dinner special and Prawn bowl. As the night went on, the place started to fill up with people who are out to have a good time. The place started to have a nice atmosphere, with people having drinks, dinner and desserts plus birthday cake!! Our dinner was served promptly, as we sipped our drinks and started to enjoy the food that was nicely prepared. The prime ribs were a good choice(as good as people were writing good reviews about) and the Prawn bowl was very good also. It was an enjoyable evening in watching the Basketball with Indiana winning the game. Good to relax in a casual atmosphere and enjoy good dinner, company and service. For dessert, I asked our server if our friend could have a birthday cake with a candle, as it was her birthday; which we were served promptly. I was told that the dessert was on the House!! When the bill came, we were surprised that the total aws very reasonable! I would recommend BC kitchen to all my friends and relatives!
Went to BC Kitchen for an early dinner at 6pm on a Friday night. Only a few tables were occupied, so it was pretty quiet. We had to wait a while for some of our party, and the staff was patient and courteous with us. Food was good, though a little overpriced. $16 for a hot dog and fries? Really? We had ordered nachos, and it was presented/served from a big bucket, which was pretty fun. But also included two tiny containers of salsa and guacamole, and when we inevitably finished them and asked for a refill, we were told we would be charged extra, which was not so fun. Might be worth it to increase the price a little bit and include a more appropriate serving size of salsa and guac, given the size of the nachos. At the end of the dinner, we asked if we could send one of our party to go down to Honey Salt and get a slice of the Society Cake and bring it back to BC Kitchen. We were told it was policy for no outside food, which... fair. We decided to have dessert at Honey Salt instead and mentioned it to the manager, and he seemed confused as to why BC Kitchen wouldn't let food in from Honey Salt. I don't mind moving down to Honey Salt for dessert, but the restaurants at Parq should get their policies straight so everyone is on the same page. In the end, it was a decent dinner, though it won't be my first choice when going to Parq in the future.

Visited a few times and so far our dining experiences have been stellar. The service was great (slows down when it's busy), the food is tasty and watch for their great monthly promo deals as well as their happy hour menu. Their brookie dessert is to die for. Will always return! Remember if you are an Encore member make sure you register your license plate at guest services and spend at least $15 in the Parq Casino and your parking will be complimentary for their underground parking lot.
Great atmosphere.Kiana was great
The fish tacos were terrible - soggy and tasteless. Would have given the food 1 star, but the fries were very good. Hot and crispy. Service was friendly.
Food was delicious, service by our server KELVIN was top-notch. They had everything you would want from an easy restaurant.
Honestly, worth heading up for a beer and a pizza!
Loved my experience here! Food and service was great. Our server Mickey really gave exceptional service and made sure our drinks and food were always checked on. She also made us laugh quite a bit!
