Small location but it's charming.
Because it's 'smaller' it's loud inside - it's not a relaxing place to take a coffee.

Does not take cash. Card only.

Standard dark roast flavour. Nothing exciting.

Coffee, to me, is okay. For the price point here, 7-11 or McDonald's is better and a better value. Just my opinion. I like dark dark roast where it's almost a little bitter, this darkness is better at the fast food chains.

If the coffee was great, then the price is okay.

Pastries are tiny for approx $5. Go to any grocery store, like IGA, and for $2.00 is amazing, cooked fresh from scratch, has fruit, and they are twice (maybe 3 x) bigger than Bean.

Unbelievably poor customer service experience. Waiting at the counter to order for 5 mins without the 3 staff even acknowledging my existence let alone having the basic courtesy to say hello or take my order. However as soon as someone else walked in they were greeted immediately and their order was taken. If you want to feel welcome at a coffee shop go anywhere else. I speny my teenage years enjoying this place but after today I will never return. The owners should be more diligent with their hiring practices as none of the staff seemed to possess any social skills whatsoever. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Very close of the hospital, very nice coffee shop. The team, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, they are so polite and best welcome, I took a tea and raisin croissant and butter croissant today, the croissants are so tasty and very fresh, I loved. I highly recommend this business.
