Their Cherry Blossom Food Festival Menu was out, and the last 2 days I entered most of the items are sold out.
I emailed them twice if I can pre-order their limited time Cherryblossom items, but no response. I called them as well but no answer.
Not very good customer service!

The sweet potato mochi croissant and sakura melon pan were delicious. I was looking forward to the matcha black sesame melon pan the most, but the milk bun was dry and tough. I ate it after the sakura melon pan, which had a softer texture. You can tell the matcha buns got baked longer by the colour of the bottoms. I had a hard time finishing the tough bread.

Nice variety of baked sweet and savoury items. Specialty coffees and teas are also available.

Parking:
A couple of free spots in the side parking lot.

Venue:
Seating is limited in this smaller shop.

Vegetarian options: There are non meat option items.

Kid-friendliness: This smaller venue is not suitable for children due to limited seating and space. It is possible to bring children here but they may find it limiting due to the tight space.

Wheelchair accessibility: The stairs leading up to the service counter is not accessible.

My guest and I visited this location on a recommendation from a friend. We will be sitting down with that friend separately to discuss our thoughts.
For reasons not entirely clear, this location seems to be a bit of a "hot spot". The service, the food and the pastries were simply okay. The location is actually dirty, and given the cramped seating arrangements, having to stare at the backsides of patrons waiting in line is a wee off-putting.
Based on our first visit experience, it's likely the only time we will return is if our "friend" urges us to give it another try.

Got told I needed to go here. Lineup was a good sign. Lost track of how many times I was corrected when trying to order. Actually made me annoyed and mad. Waited for my order patiently. Halfway home, I checked, and they shorted me a chocolate crossiant. Maybe he should pay more attention to doing his simple job and not correcting every second word I said.

Good selection of pastries and fantastic tasting coffee. Came here for the hot chocolate festival and although delicious, was a bit too pricey at $10.95.

I’m very confused about the rave reviews here for the chocolate chip cookie - mine was cold and so overbaked and hard that I couldn’t bite into anything other than the very center. If I baked this at home, I would throw it out, and certainty not be selling it for $4 per cookie.

Coffee was great, not better like starbucks.

I had all 3 scrolls, and they were delicious. Deducted 1 star because the pepperoni scroll I ate in the store was not heated properly. Only outside crust was lukewarm, and the middle portion was cold.

Good selection of cake and treats and pastry.

Pretty neat decorations in the coffee shop.

Tables were all packed with customers, which is a sign of good food and beverage.

Overall I would come back again and staff all greet you with a smile.

Very rarely I write a review whilst still at the eatery but my experience here was not that great. We came here for my birthday for a pain au chocolate and hot chocolate. First of all they gave me the wrong drink and when they did give me the hot chocolate it was awful. Luke warm and tasted salty and less chocolatey. The worse hot chocolate I ever had.

I spoke to the staff about their hot chocolate who informed me that the hot chocolate they used was of high-quality and had sea salt in the mixture. But it seemed as if they made it in haste and did not mix it properly. All I tasted was Luke warm milk which was extremely salty.

The pain au chocolate was ok but my enjoyment was limited because of the hot chocolate.

My husband ordered the London fog tea which he said was good.

Overall, a disappointing experience.

I went to try the hot chocolate which is on the festival. I think the price is high and too much flavor. But it was worth the try wouldn’t buy it again. The attendant wasn’t very sympathetic which is okay, but would wait more for the type of place it is. What impressed me is Why the servers are with their hair down??? It is so weird to come to a shop where people who works with food has their hair down.

My partner and I went for the hot chocolate festival. The hot chocolate was great and the flavours were creative. However, the service was not great. I felt like the baristas didn’t want us to be there and didn’t care to communicate clearly. They also acted very sassy when the woman in front of me had her card declined. The ambience was not the best either. The space itself was very crowded and I always felt like I was in someone’s way.

Lovely pastries but beware that if you want to pay cash they will not give change. I found this out the hard way after lining up for 15 mins then a small note beside their "payment tablet"

Place is decent with good lighting inside, though if you are more than 2 people , seating arrangement is kinda odd. Food and coffee is ok.

You are still a 5 star but i needed your attention.

Your chocolate chip cookie was actually perfect. The crushed salt on top was removed. Please return the salt to the cookie.
