The sweet potato mochi croissant and sakura melon pan were delicious. I was looking forward to the matcha black sesame melon pan the most, but the milk bun was dry and tough. I ate it after the sakura melon pan, which had a softer texture. You can tell the matcha buns got baked longer by the colour of the bottoms. I had a hard time finishing the tough bread.
Nice variety of baked sweet and savoury items. Specialty coffees and teas are also available.

My guest and I visited this location on a recommendation from a friend. We will be sitting down with that friend separately to discuss our thoughts.
For reasons not entirely clear, this location seems to be a bit of a "hot spot". The service, the food and the pastries were simply okay. The location is actually dirty, and given the cramped seating arrangements, having to stare at the backsides of patrons waiting in line is a wee off-putting.
