Delightful little cafe, with excellent pastries and coffee. Lovely staff who greeted me with a smile and a ‘how’s your morning going?’ Lovely calm and tasteful decor. Highly recommended. The Cinnamon Scroll is huge but light and airy. Delicious!
We dined in for a light breakfast at this location. The ham and cheese scroll was really flaky. The sesame yuzu mochi cookie was surprisingly good. An interesting combination of flavour and texture. My only complaint is that a medium drop is $4.50 which is quite steep.
Solid second location at the bakery.
The chocolate croissant is good. Maybe it could use some more chocolate pieces but it's tasty.
Amazing! The ham and cheese scroll was sooo good I wanted to run back and get another one, the peanut butter cookie was also a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is super warm and enjoyable and the employees were very nice. 10/10!

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a hot chocolate, and asked for it extra hot. It was not at all hot - lukewarm at most (for a $6 drink). The plain croissant I got was quite dry as well. I have always had good experiences at their original location, but this one was a miss, unfortunately.

Chaussons aux pommes and pains aux raisins are the best we ever had even as former Parisians!! The "pâte feuilletée" is sublime. We came here every day during our stay at the St Regis next door....it was that good!

Had high expectations because of the reviews, but that wasn’t my experience. Ordered a bakery item and a hot drink, the drink was - no exaggeration - scalding hot, I burned my hand from holding the cup, let alone drinking it. Also found that the staff member I interacted with was very impatient and impolite, gave the impression that she did not want to be there and she did not want me there either. The service and the quality of the food/drink definitely let a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a lovely family trip – a brief pause to enjoy some time together. The Yuzu lemon tart was delicious, and the latte was great too. The staff was friendly and professional, though it was a bit on the expensive side.

For this level, I found it appealing that the crew didn’t know the ingredients from the top of their mind for most items… I was asking whether a cake was with hazelnut or not… the lady mentioned it was all hazelnut. We ordered the “blondie” (the name of the cake), it was all caramel with a bit of pecan. Luckily, no allergies involved… But, I found it shocking.
On the positive side, their coffee and pain au chocolat were great.

This used to be one of my favorite bakeries in downtown but the customer service keeps disappointing me — short, dismissive, impersonal. Great pistachio croissants though! Coffee doesn’t compare to others in the city but their pastries are pretty good with a few exceptions that seem to vary way too much from batch to batch (like their pain au chocolat) — so 5/10 just for the customer service :( i am going for a treat, not to get treated poorly, lol

Had the pistachio croissant. Perfect combination of flakey pastry and soft filling inside.
Coffee was made at the perfect temperature. Worth every cent
Thanks team!

I wanted to love this place so badly. Being married to a former baker, we always look for great bakeries wherever we travel. I saw the amazing options online and saw the pictures of long lines so we decided to go early to get our pick of the menu. The location opens at 8 am and we trekked over from our hotel around 8:15 ready for a breakfast pastry extravaganza. I noticed something was off when there was no one there on a Saturday morning. Not a single customer. The second thing I noticed was the distinct lack of pastries available for purchase. I looked at the menu on the wall just to make sure I hadn't imagined everything and sure enough the long list of pastries was there. I asked the server behind the counter if they had any more product available and he said there was one more item that had just come out of the oven. That was it. The items we had to choose from were as follows: croissant, chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and some kind of scone. No scrolls, no buns, no kouign amann, no danish, none of the interesting flavors that attracted me to it in the first place. I should mention that there were some sad looking desserts in the glass case that looked to be from the previous day, but we wanted breakfast so it was not for us. We ordered a croissant and an almond croissant and guess what, they were fine. I don't know what time they were planning to get the majority of their products onto the shelves, but we weren't going to wait and find out. Three Stars for friendly service and making reasonably good items that any good bakery can make. The coffee was whatever and the disappointment was real.
