A very disappointing visit. The croissants were not fresh and all the other baked goods that we had felt old and store bought. This place was recommend from TikTok videos but we felt we wasted our money there.

Just had such a bad experience here. The product I wanted wasn’t there, fair enough, I said I would return tomorrow to buy. Asked if I could use the washroom and was refused unless I ordered something. Do you think I’ll be returning tomorrow? Hell no.

Very expensive for what you get.$4 for a regular coffee? $5.50 for a cookie? Yikes. Their baked goods are really tasty. But it’s a splurge.Cashier was quite grumpy. Didn’t feel like a great experience, overall. I’d rather go to Brekka.

I usually get my almond croissant from this place but today’s batch (4/6/24) was absolutely disgusting. The almond filling was old, tasteless and extremely greasy. There was little to no almond flavour to it. I’m really disappointed and definitely expected more for my almost 7 dollar croissant.

They don't take cash like everywhere in the world..in Spain they have desktop counting machines put your cash in and pay hands free. Their excuses are laughable. Just cheap and medieval. Also they lock bathrooms with locks unlike anywhere in the world is free. 3rd world place in horrid country it seems.

I have been in this store several times trying to buy some pastries even no seasonal products but most of the time they are sold out. i can understand it a couple of times but it has been like this for weeks.

The croissants were crunchy, and very flaky. The cashier seemed to not know what type of tea they have in the cafe. Genuinely didn’t enjoy the seatings, looks very beautiful, but incredibly impractical in all aspects. Overpriced for mid level tea and pastries.

Great little bakery near Granville station.Their use of Valrhona chocolate in croissants and brownies sets them apart (must try). The croissant itself was flaky and buttery, great taste but maybe would be better if it was heated up before serving.Yet to try their hot chocolate drinks but I'm sure they would be great too.

Thank you for the freshly made daily pastries. I tried the chocolate almond croissant at the Fir location yesterday. It was Divine!! What's even better is the excellent customer service from Yuzu and Sara. Thank you ladies!!

We are great fans of Chinatown BBQ and try not to miss any special items they created for Chinese festivals. This AAA Beef Brisket Curry Cheese ? was one of their special items for this Chinese New Year As I remember, it was not the first time they collaborated with Beaucoup Bakery and this time did not disappoint either. Curry tasted awesome and the combination with croissant was a smart move. Croissant was phenomenal, it carried the curry cheese beef brisket well without falling apart. We will definitely come to Beaucoup Bakery to try their regular items.
