Very unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve come to your café for coffee, only to find it closed an hour earlier than the hours listed online. If your actual closing time is different, please update your business hours on the internet so customers don’t waste their time. This leaves a very poor impression.

Our son put us onto the Bel Cafe, and the customer service is exceptional. This business prides itself on meeting customers' needs, and its products are perfected. I highly recommend this cafe and Hawksworth Restaurant Group. 5/5 stars

Food & service were both bad. Ordered a large matcha with vanilla & it was in the smallest glass I seen there & tasted like nothing.. kinda tasted like watery almond milk? Which I didn’t even order it with almond milk. 3 of us ordered the breakfast burrito, 2 of our burritos were ice cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. The burrito was also supposed to come with sauce & sour cream & when I asked for it the staff was quite rude & reluctant to give us it? Last person at our table ordered the lox bagel & it wasn’t even toasted. Bad service & even worse food.

Came in today for their ‘vancouver croissant crawl’ contribution and wowzers, did they ever deliver! the place was absolutely packed so i don’t think they need the publicity but i have to say, that birch syrup bacon pecan croissant was INSANE! 👏, paired with a London Fog which was perfection. The rain even stopped long enough for me to enjoy it all outside in the hustle & bustle of Vancouver. I loved every second.

Always enjoy coming here. The space is small but the space they have is well used. Lots of menu options for both food and drink. The staff is lovely, patient and helpful. I ordered an oat milk latte and a breakfast burrito. The latte was well prepared and the burrito was yummy. Bel cafe is well situated in the heart of downtown with internal access to the Georgia Rosewood Hotel. Right across the street from the Apple Store and Pacific Centre.

Ordered a simple toastie sandwich which took about 20 minutes to deliver and was burnt.
Edited oct/25... asked for something that used to be on their menu. Was informed that they don't make product on site any more, it's all pre-made and pre-packaged. My wife's breakfast sandwhich reflected that, was not up to the previous standard. This was our go-to place for coffee and a goodie when we were downtown. Too bad.

I’ve always loved Bel Café; the vibe and energy are uplifting and refreshing. The staff are genuinely warm, and the customer service has always stood out. Recently, I’ve been visiting more frequently due to work and meetings, and each time makes me want to come back even more. The savory treats are delicious, the space is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is unlike any other café. It’s a place that truly cares, and it shows.

Stumbled on this gem while staying in Downtown Vancouver and looking for a great Latte. This is a cute place and is busy in the morning! I had a 12oz Vanilla Latte that was excellent. We shared a breakfast sandwich and a strawberry danish - both very good! The Danish was a little on the sweet side so keep that in mind when ordering. We have one more morning here and I’ll be back to try another pastry and of course another Latte!
