It tastes much worse than before when the original owner was still there

I tried the mango and lime gelato, and both were absolutely refreshing and full of flavor. The mango was creamy, sweet, and tropical, while the lime had a nice tart kick that balanced it perfectly. It’s a great spot to cool off on a warm day, and you can really tell they use quality, fresh ingredients in every scoop.

I just had the hazelnut, white chocolate mousse cake at Bella Gelateria, and it is to die for!! The lemon meringue tart was also a winner. Great Lavazza coffee and fabulous gelato! Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to relax and have a tasty coffee and delicious cakes and sweets in there ,very friendly staff and owner 🙏 highly recommended to give it a try at the corner of English bay and davie street

I had such a wonderful experience at this café! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made my visit special was the amazing service. The receptionist, Petty, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — her positive energy really stood out and made my day. It’s rare to come across someone who treats guests with such genuine care. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the great coffee, but also for the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Gelato was the best I've had in Canada! Huge range of flavours and everyone I tasted was great. Expensive at $8 for a scoop, but worth it.

The people that work here are charming but the best part is that they have gluten-free cones.... Sugar cones never had anything like that before and it was so good

The staff at this is always friendly and helpful, and the gelato is tastier than that at other nearby shops. The BC strawberry they have for summer is particularly delicious.

There's an excellent assortment of flavours that taste on point and their staff are always kind and helpful.
