Bellaggio Cafe

Bad service from the start.Coffee came cold, drinks ice diluted as they forgot them on the counter.Asked for another coffee, and the waitress was not happy. Pasta was super oily, low grade cheese.Pizza was average.Charged us for extra parmesan.Once is more than enough.

Came all by lonesome on a rainy day . The spinach and artichoke dip was warm comforting blanket of deliciousness and just what I needed. Really good sangria too. Staff was attentive but unobtrusive . I will be back

Beautiful location, right on the water. Our server, can't remember his name unfortunately, was very courteous and very kind. On top of that I enjoyed a great lunch here. I will definitely come back!

Service was awful, we were there for 40 minutes and the server came to the table once to bring our drinks and didn't come back until we went inside to ask for the bill. We were one of 4 tables there at the time and 2 of them were the other servers. Very disappointing, was expecting better from a resturant lucky enough to be in their location.

Absolute worst experience. We were the only table when we were seated. Waited over 20 min for drinks and over 50 min for food. A second table was seated and their fries came out first. Burger was burnt and they only brought one set of utensils for the four of us. I asked them if that was to share. I rate this place as -100 star. Avoid this place at all cost. Word of advice, never eat at a place that has no customers. We left and went next door to Mahony's Travern. They had customers that were feed.

Absolutely appalling. We were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant and it took 10 mins for anyone to see us, then another 20 mins until my drink arrived and then our burnt food arrived another 30 mins after that. 1 HOUR wait from seating to dining and we ended up leaving as it was Absolutely disgusting food and service. I will not ever recommend to friends, family or clients. Poor choice of restaurant being so close to the cruise port. Keep walking past and head next door to Mahony and sons for some amazing food and service even with a full house.

Food was great. We had the calamari and prawns. Also the eggs Benny and bellagio breakfast. Only 3 tables during lunch and the server was very slow. She got our order wrong and when waiting for the missing items we had to remind her 2x. The food was excellent though. I’ll definitely be back!

The pizzas are bigger than you think. One pizza is enough for 2 people and pretty darn tasty.

Bellaggio is a nice spot near the water, close to the Vancouver Convention Centre, to get desserts and interesting coffee, tea and hot chocolate selections. I selected the Nutella Hot Chocolate at 7:50 $. As it came in a smaller cup with lots of cream it was not as hot as I would have liked it but I can see how one has to be careful with this combination. Perhaps bigger, taller cups? I paired it with chocolate crepes at 8$, which came with a good sprinkling of strawberries and blueberries. As it was happy hour and I got chatting with a couple socially distanced away, I saw an Aperol Spritzer at 6:50$ and, as they were delicious, I had two. My bill came to 30.25$ before tip. It is open for breakfast and lunch and closes at 6pm but may open later with summer. My two severs were attentive and a nice late afternoon was had. Posted by S Fuller

I enjoyed the margherita pizza, although I found the cozze (mussels with pancetta) to be quite salty.Great service and a lovely covered patio.

No just for Italian food. Great desserts too.

A great place! Staff was super nice, friendly and caring. I got a burger, it was awesome, juicy fresh meet topped with slightly sweet bun, absolutely loved it. I usually don't write reviews, but I noticed the most recent burger review and was a little shocked. I had a completely different experience. I would still definitely recommend this pace to my friends and family.

Terrible!All of our family has food poison after your food.1. Burger we're raw. Red meat and cold. Without any flour.2. Pasta wasn't cooked ( maybe just a little bit). No flavour at all3. Soup were - water with some vegetables ( I am sure that in prison food is better)Tim Horton's and MacDonald's cooking better than in this place.I would Not recommend this place to anyone who I know!

Visited Bellagio Cafe for the annual Hot Chocolate Festival. Must say it was the best hot choc of the 2021 edition! Service and attention to details were much better than other cafes taking part in the festival. I also noticed that, although I ordered during a busy Saturday, the staff were dedicated to every customer and ensured there was no drop in quality of beverage and service. And as all this was during the Covid-19 pandemic, all measures were well followed both from the staff side and the patrons side.
