Ordered a couple of the deal teas (50% off) and it definitely did not satisfy my craving at all. The drinks were definitely powder made, and the pearls were okay at best. For some reason both of our drinks came with coconut jelly despite not asking for any or shown in the description of having any.
Also, I’m pretty sure the person working there was either really stressed or busy, she barely said a word and just kind of looked at us until we ordered.

Had a wonderful experience on my first visit! The front desk girl was friendly and professional. Even though the place was quite busy, she was incredibly patient and attentive. The drink was also good. I’ll be coming back again

Used to be great, not sure what happened the bubble tea here is horrible. very disappointing. I ordered tea cubes and the drink had some barely popping things (which i hate and did not order) in there which i did not order, i assume it could be because they ran out of tea cubes because they there wasn’t much there. Couldn’t even finish 1/3 of my drink because of the extra thing they added plus no tea flavour in my milk tea.
If you are craving Ben Gong, go to the Richmond location instead.

I have never seen someone who hates her job as much as this girl who was serving me. You can tell it on her face and her whole attitude. I ordered bubble egg waffle. Definitely not the same as before anymore. It was soggy and very sweet. No egg taste whatsoever. Terrible experience. (Last time I went was summer 2024) wondering if they have changed ownership.......

I’ve ordered Uber eats from here and enjoyed every drink I got. I like their menu as they have creative items that I don’t see from other places. My faves are the watermelon sago and warm green grape drink. I was surprised to come on here and see some bad reviews, as I have not had any issues with my drinks. I will continue to order from here!

Bubble tea is good. Place is a bit dingey. I think the staff are a bit overloaded with small work space, they had tons of orders and only two staff, so there was a bit of a wait. Bubble tea was good though 👍🏻
