Really Love this cafe ! They are actually more than a typical cafe for me. They have very yummy Japanese set which like I had when I was in Tokyo. All the staff is Japanese make it even more authentic and friendly service . Highly recommended !

We had the lunch set, and the portions were fairly good and reasonably priced. I ordered the Ocean Roll Set and my friend had the Aburi Sushi Set. I liked that the lunch set came with several side dishes, so I got to try different things. The sushi was decent overall. The downside for me is that the restaurant has an open design, with the kitchen partially open at the top and connected to the dining area. Because of that, you can smell the cooking from the back, which makes the air feel a bit stuffy.

This was my second visit to Bento Cafe, and it was just as good as I remembered!
I ordered the Ton jiru onigiri set, and it tasted just like the food I’ve had in Japan — authentic and comforting. The teriyaki chicken in the set was especially delicious, though it wasn’t clearly labeled on the menu. The photo showed chicken, but there was no description, so I had to ask what it was. It would be great if they could update the menu with a bit more detail so customers know exactly what’s included.
The service was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I also noticed the menu seems to have changed recently, which was a nice surprise — it made the visit feel new again. Hopefully, they’ll update the menu on Google soon to match what’s in the store.
Overall, highly recommend Bento Cafe for anyone craving genuine Japanese flavors served with a smile!

The service was great and friendly. They even offered and took pictures of us! The food was authentic and delicious, and I loved the variety of kobachi dishes. My chirashi was a great portion, and the hojicha latte was the perfect finish. I also love how they change their menu — it makes me want to come back and try more every time!

Today I took my Japanese friend to this cafe, and she said the food tastes just like Japanese home cooking and is very authentic. I was also satisfied because everything in the bento was really delicious to me. The salmon sushi and the grilled fish are highly recommended — they were absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back here many more times

Abhorrently rude service for no apparent reason. Went to dine-in with a client who ordered a bento box, I wanted to order the Aburi oshi for 2 servings with none of their bento sides. The lady literally told me no walked to their self serve fridge and handed me one serving told me to eat that. I asked if they could prepare fresh for me and they said no. So if you order their box with sides they will prepare fresh, if you want only aburi oshi you eat the day old from their fridge. Will never return and recommend our clients to other Japanese options on the street such as New Fuji proper customer service.
