I always order the chicken steak bento but the popcorn chicken and BK classic bento are both really good, too. The food is always amazing and they have big portions. If you're suuuper hungry or want to share with someone, try the BK classic (chicken steak, pork chop, sausage, braised pork, AND the side dishes.) I don't live near UBC so I always order through Uber Eats and the food travels pretty well and is always packed securely. Chicken steak is moist and flavourful, and the tomato and eggs are so simple but so good. Their braised pork is delicious as well. If there was a Downtown location, I would eat here all the time...

The attitude from the staff in general that I've noticed is that they don't care, it's as if when you come up to the counter ask for something the look on their face is of annoyance as if they're bothered to actually be asked to do their jobs. It makes you not even want to order anything extra or any add-ons which is frustrating cuz you're not really getting what you want and they're losing money so this place you almost feel bad about wanting to order as if you're inhibiting them.

We say 'Hi' to customers in Canada. I'm not sure about some asian countries, maybe it's acceptable to have a 'frozen face' there, but not here.
Avoid this place! Unfriendly and dirty hole.
