This is coming from client for life, so I hope someone reads this so I can adjust my review. Big Star are all excellent quality sandwiches, especially #33. Love the Langley location. This one could be just as incredible if the staff was trained to make a good, consistent sandwiches. Ordered 5 times over the last 2 weeks. First - incredible. Second and third - still very good, lack of love in assembly but the taste was there. Fourth - missing ingredients but still fairly good....

Tried the roast beef sandwich (#14) for about $26, including a bottled drink and tip. It was okay, but they could offer more sauce and side options. The atmosphere wasn’t great, so I ate in my car, though the staff was friendly. Decent, but a bit pricey for what you get.

<TRYING EVERYTHING AT UBC JOURNAL>

Been craving a sandwich but was wayy too lazy to hit up Subway on campus (?)so I decided to give this spot a try. I must say it is quite pricy for the portion, but undeniably tasty. I got the number 27 with roast beef and crispy onions and it tasted great with the sauces that came with it. Not the most affordable, but I would come back once in a while and would recommend ?
