I have been there a few times now, and the service is great. The mushroom vegan broth is my favourite. Great place for picky eaters aswell.

Place is great, has a huge selection of items for the hotpot, and a variety of soups. Also a nice selection of sauces to choose from.
One thing to note however is that the soup can be a bit inconsistent, as one of our orders came with very little soup. Just a small issue which they rectified, but it was a little frustrating getting the attention of the staff, of whom are rushing everywhere all the time.
Otherwise, I think it was still alright. It came with a complimentary drink (I think it’s a special for when we were there) and an ice cream!
