Tried a couple items - the berry rhubarb scone and citrus olive oil cake. The scone had a nice texture but contained only two berries in the entire (sizeable) scone. Also, it would have benefited from some lemon zest or dark chocolate to make it more flavourful and interesting. The olive oil cake had nice flavour but was fairly dense.
I completely agree with the other reviewer-excellent bread but THEY ARE NEVER OPEN! And what bakery opens at 10:00 am on a Saturday? Or any other day? Not open Sundays either! This is a lovely gesture to give her loyal staff their 2 day weekend but are you running a true bakery? Could you at least bake more bread on a Saturday? Turning customers away and telling them to come back at 1:30 for bread on what probably is your busiest day because you don’t have enough from all the...

Ordered a egg salad sandwich and ate it at the window counter. Couldn't have had any more pleasant, personable experience with staff/owner. Lovely people.
