I ordered two Black Forest Ham Croffles today, one to eat in and one to take away. When I took it home, I found the one I took away didn’t have ham, I hope the restaurant just forgot and didn’t do it on purpose, otherwise it would be too dishonest.

This is unbelievable. ? Today is Friday. I checked it before I came and it's supposed to close at 8 pm. However, I went there at 7 pm and the door is locked already. It's actually really frustrating because me and my frds came here from north van just to try the cheese tart and milk tea. I understand that Christmas is coming and u guys want to have like an early dismissal but yall should let us customers know first. How can you guys be so irresponsible.

I went on a Friday night at 8pm. As I walked in I got told that they are already closed. I checked Google and the sign outside of the store and it says they're open until 830 so I'm confused. There was only one girl working so maybe she decided to close early but cutting 30 min short is too much!

employee was super nice and super cute! The drinks were amazing even though it is such a basic grass jelly and milk tea boba. it was the perfect amount of flavor and the milk tea was super rich and authentic with the tea part without being bitter at all. Blackball never disappoints me. Had to order two drinks to go because it was too good. I also included images of drinks I ordered before. They were all absolutely amazing
