I ordered a dark roast black coffee and it was lukewarm (2 stars for food). I asked if they could heat it up and instead they gave me a freshly brewed batch, which was hot. Thus the 5 star for service. Atmosphere was 2 stars because there was one customer that was in a meeting on her laptop and was speaking loudly enough for everyone to hear her spoken words.

Stopped by BLENZ on W Broadway and Heather on Nov 12, 2025. Ordered their cranberry loaf and a Cappuccino. I asked for the loaf to be heated. To my surprise, I got my loaf heated, but still in its original Saran Wrap, meaning it was heated with th wrap which is not cool at all. Cappuccino was good except no pretty pictures on top of the foam. Service was good.

Really lovely experience at this Blenz location! The new owners were super kind and they greeted us with a nice smile. This place has good vibes! I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was AMAZING Perfectly smooth and not too sweet for my taste.
My friend got the seasonal Thai iced tea. It was a bit too sweet for me, but he absolutely loved it, so I guess it depends on your taste.
Our drinks were ready in about 3 minutes. Super efficient and friendly service. Also, their mug cups are super cute! This time I got my drinks to-go, but I’ll definitely be coming back here when I'm in town and try their hot chocolate and honey oat matcha in store💚
