Great Matcha latte and great service
It was 6am. I was craving a white chocolate matcha smoothie before leaving the City. Hit the spot!

Vancouver’s top Blenz Cafe! With fresh renovations and new ownership, this spot has become the best coffee shop in town. I enjoy sipping an iced matcha latte or black coffee with cream here, and the chicken pesto sandwich is another favorite. ❤️
This is a warm and inviting place to relax with friends, complete with new, comfortable furniture and sofa sets at the front and back, plus three long tables in the center. The spotless washroom and overall cleanliness are also noteworthy.

adnan the owner is very nice and he keeps this location very clean and well organized/ well run. Very calm, peaceful environment, good music unlike other 24 hr coffee shops in the downtown core that are often incredibly dirty and not well managed. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

There's just something wrong with the dark hot chocolate since the new owner took over. It just tastes so off the mark (very watery). The atmosphere and hours are a lot better but I probably won't come back anymore since I mainly go for the hot chocolate and it sucks now.
Small update: seems it's because the chocolate isn't melting and mixing in even though the temp is wicked hot on order. Maybe they're just not making it properly?
