The Coffee shop had Halloween decoration, which was nice. However, the tables were dirty and nobody seemed to clean up the table. Unfortunately, I didn’t really enjoyed the vibe there.

As mentioned in some other reviews, it seems like everything is quite heavy on the milk side. My coffee was overwhelmingly creamy, and lacked any real flavour. Service was decent, and the location was clean overall, but it was not worth it in terms of price point in my opinion.

Really amazing service. I never write reviews but Andre and the nice young lady behind the counter went above and beyond!

It's okay, sometimes a hit and sometimes a miss, and since the location is convenient I will probably continue to visit occasionally hoping for a hit.
Most of the drinks are pretty good. I just tried the pistachio matcha latte and thought the pistachio flavour was a little weird, but I've liked every other drink I've had here (including the regular matcha latte; they make it strong enough and it's decent matcha).
The food is kind of meh. I think I actually prefer the GF muffins to the regular ones. Muffins in general are decent but I wasn't a fan of the banana loaf; it was dry. I think they only have a microwave to heat things, so the hot food suffers from the microwave sogginess. In general I prefer baked goods slightly warm, but I feel like the microwave ruins them if you overdo it, so I think next time I'll just forgo the warming or ask for just a little warm and see if that's better.
I would say most of the baristas I've met working here are pleasant and helpful, but there have been one or two who seemed less than happy to be there.
This cafe is usually pretty quiet, and because the seating doesn't usually fill up, I have found it's the most reliable place in the immediate vicinity if you just need somewhere where you can be guaranteed a seat and a relatively quiet environment. Since they reupholstered some of the furniture somewhat recently, the place is looking in better condition, although the tabletops on the coffee tables are a little wobbly.

I paid 3 dollars for a small drip coffee at 1:30 PM. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever had - watered down, stale and lukewarm. Likely been stewing in the brew pot since morning. Had to throw it away after a few sips. IMO - don’t get a drip coffee at this location.

I first tried their matcha latte. It tasted like water with milk and sugar. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting a premium matcha taste from non-specialized cafes. But I was expecting something like Starbucks matcha, and it was actually unfortunately way worse.
Years later, I decided to give blenz another chance. So I went in today to try their Thai iced tea. Why does it always taste too plain? Maybe it’s their ratio regulation that is different from other cafes? My Thai tea tasted like milk, water and sugar again.
Don’t recommend. My matcha tasted like milk that is green. My yogurt parfait was basically a smoothie. They forgot to even give me the parfait after ordering & paying for it. Their croissant tasted store bought. So disappointed. Their bathroom smelled worse than a public bathroom…like how, so disgusting.

Very cozy spot to sit down. I love their London fog and power mocha smoothie.

Not letting a driver use washroom who drop off and pickup customer for your business or deliver food from ur locations is worst thing a business can do . Shame on u for not letting a driver use washroom just because he or she is not customer.
Was there at about 6 AM. Bought an almond croissant. It was terrible. It was day old and had been in chilled. It wasn't flakey. It was firm inside. I don't recommend going to any of their small cafes where they bring in goods as you won't get fresh pastries.
