I want to start by saying that most of the student staff here are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the management. The two managers (a man and a woman) often come across as quite condescending toward customers.
What stood out to me most was how differently some customers seem to be treated. I’m white myself, and I’ve noticed that others don’t always receive the same level of friendliness or patience. I truly hope this isn’t intentional, but it’s something that really should be reflected on and addressed.
I’ve also observed that they seem selective about who they approach regarding staying in the space without purchasing anything, and there appears to be a pattern to it that’s hard to ignore (race).
Lastly, the bathrooms are locked and require staff to unlock them, which is understandable—but when you ask, the response often feels annoyed or inconvenienced, which isn’t a great feeling as a customer.

Really enjoyed my large latte. Food selection was also good. The chocolate banana muffin was tasty. Staff was very pleasant. Plenty of parking and seating. Very clean and well kept.

All the staff are so kind and attentive, and smile very genuinely. The gentleman who I think was the manager was very sweet and seemed genuinely invested in helping his staff.

I’ve been to this café multiple times, and the behavior of the owner/manager is consistently rude and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming customers, they speak in a condescending and hostile tone. On more than one visit, I was bluntly told to “buy something,” as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists.
There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of attitude, especially coming from the owner. Customer service here is awful, and the environment feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A café should not make people feel disrespected for simply being there.

Extremely bad customer service. The manager (indian male) is extremely rude. Has no sense of customer service at all. I had a small popeyes drink in my hand when I entered the cafe, the staff told me no outside drink allowed and I told her sure l I’ll throw it away, the manager came behind her and told me, “don’t bring outside drink or food in my store”. He had to say it even though I was throwing it out, and said in a really rude tone, and then was staring at us till we ordered.

It truly doesn’t matter about the coffee. The Manager, Amrit, is the absolute rudest person you’ll ever encounter behind a cafe counter. Mind you I’ve been going here for the past three years and every single time he’s there, I turn away. He yells at his staff, glares at the customers WHO PAID FOR THEIR COFFEE, and is just generally unpleasant. You can see throughout the review that this is actually a quite common theme, nice staff, maybe bad coffee but the absolute WORST manager(s). I have had friends working there who had been yelled at unfairly, making their part time experience an already more dreaded experience. Truly if you have a heart, don’t go here especially with Amrit around, you’ll know it’s him because he glares at you.

The manager I assume (Indian Lady at the front) is INCREDIBLY rude. I've been there multiple times and every time she has given me so much sass and attitude for GIVING her business. Insane the entitlement. Also their drinks are overpriced as hell. If you want to go to a coffee shop I highly recommend somewhere thats not insanely overpriced and unwelcoming. Do better

Aman and Amrit manage this Blenz better than any other franchise ive seen. I used to work here nearly 10 years ago, and I was recognized by Aman right away when I strolled in today. Thats a good manager.

The hot chocolate is divine here. I came in on a cold rainy day and it warmed me directly to the marrow while I sat next to a VERY toasty fire. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well, making my experience even better.
