I went there once. Now I've had over 20 charges that I never made from this location. I'm going to the bank tomorrow and put a complaint as fraudulent charges on my card.

went in on my work break to buy an already overpriced coffee, sat down to drink and eat a granola bar purchased elsewhere (cuz I didn't wanna pay another $10 for a small snack) and was told quite rudely to leave. sorry I'm not dropping extra $$ for a stale ass muffin but if your seats aren't for paying customers then who are they for?

I wanted to get a coffee but I’m on crutches, so obviously it’s quite difficult to carry things alone, they insisted on carrying my drink out to my car for me. Super helpful.

but wait, there's more! their charming staff have perfected the unique skill of making sidewalk patrol their primary duty. heaven forbid you dare to exist in their general vicinity without clutching one of their overpriced beverages. they'll swiftly remind you that even the outdoor air around their establishment is reserved for their $8-cup-holding clientele.

five stars for consistency though. the prices are high, and the hospitality is reliably low. ⭐️
