To the sweet lady who had to cut thru the line, had a diabetic moment and bought me a drink for my birthday - thank you, I hope you are doing okay. I had grief on my shoulders on my birthday and your random act of kindness had broken me into tears and long needed sob. Thank you once again.

Also Blenz app did not recognize it’s my birthday today which was the purpose of me getting a free drink. Blenz, do better. The lady working at the counter was not to blame, this is for people responsible of the app I am pointing a finger to.

It’s healthcare worker appreciation day but they’re denying the free drink to HCW unless they have a “real badge”. Sorry I didn’t realize it only counts if you work in a hospital

Edit: read your company’s ad buddy. It says business cards are valid too and we had a business card+our ID. Staff behind the counter wanted a hospital badge. Do better.

The worst hot chocolate from, Blenz, by far! I've been purchasing hot chocolate from Blenz way backkkk when... I think 2000?

I got the Fathers day deal for my Dad & hubs... The D&W barely had chocolate in it! My dad likes mixing his coffee with it in the morning, so we put it in the fridge overnight. You can tell how it did not even harden at all, as it lacked chocolate!! It tasted soo water down, not even milky at all!! You can tell the chocolate was lacking soooo badly!!

The M&W was okay, taste was there but did not tasted the quality that Blenz usually has!! See the difference, one hardened, the other didn't.

This was not the first time I've pucrchased from this store or used a 2 for 1. This was the first time the quality lacked!!

Hopefully it's just a one off!! Cause my kids also loves Blenz hot cocoa only!

The drinks are so so in taste and lack value. Their corporate office doesn’t care about customer service and ignore both the contact forms and emails sent to their email.

Trying to support more local and Canadian owned businesses but I’d love to see higher quality drinks and more value offered.

Tried the iced matcha honey oat latte, and the iced caramel macchiato, both were watered down and needed more matcha/coffee respectively.

Service was polite and fast. The interior was very clean and tidy.

Emailed BLENZ with feedback and they never replied, goes to show that the corporate company doesn’t care about the customer experience only about making revenue off the franchises. Won’t be supporting this business again.

Edit: I filled out their website form, also emailed them. No reply. No way that both ways of communication don’t go through.

Coffee is mid, matcha is pretty good. They need to figure out their rewards program scanners... Can only order through the app to collect points even then, their app isn't intuitive

Blenz is so underrated. Their mochas are excellent and the service is great.
