As I'm a huge foodie and love Japanese food, I thought I'd try out this new joint. The ambience is nice and open but unfortunately it didn't make up for it with their food. I was disappointed with the quality and service provided. As there weren't many customers when we arrived, it took awhile to be seated and the staff didn't seem that knowledgeable. Being a new restaurant especially on Robson, you need to make a statement as there's so many to compete with. I know fusion is in but I don't believe this place quite hit the spot.

Tried the pineapple BBQ buns and they were delicious! They have real pineapple chunks in it so that was a nice surprise. Service was prompt during lunch even though they were so busy when my sister and I went. Would come back for the BBQ buns again for sure.

Came here for dinner last night and had a pleasant experience. The food was great (it was fusion style and they pulled it off really well!), service was attentive, and the ambience was nice with a very instagramable wall outside. My personal favourites were the calamari, hot and sour soup dumplings, and salmon oshi sushi.

This place had a good happy hour but I’m not sure if it’s open anymore and may have closed down. It was very well redone inside and was quite nice too.

Service was friendly, but slow.Found hair on my plate setting.Ordered tea, didn’t come.Waited for a water refill, didn’t happen.Long wait for check as well.Food wasn’t the best, fried rice was so oily.Wouldn’t recommend. The decorations was nice though with a good view of the shopping strip.Parking: Paid street parking/ garage

Nice restaurant decoration. The food is a bit weird(so so overall).Would recommend my friends to try. However, better *FOOD PLATING* skills, please. It would be great if the food presentation gets improved.

Found this spot randomly while walking down Robson. The happy hour specials are super reasonable and I gotta say the beef tartare was amazing!! Two pints and the beef tartare were only $14. The specials advertised are $4-8 items if I remember correctly. The spot has a great window seated area to people watch on Robson and then a finer salon for more intimate dinners. There's also a lounge area with green velvet couches and fine liquor bottles along the wall. I believe the happy hours are from 3-6pm and 9pm to close. I definitely recommend this hidden gem. You have to use the side entrance just off Robson and go up the stairs.

Exceptional. Went there for our 54th. anniversary. The staff and management were very attentive and spent time explaining some of the new dishes. The combo has a good selection and every dish was delicious. The portions are more like tapas but when you can get two bowls of hot and sour soup and six (6) orders of Dim Sum and two teas for $26.00 you are getting a great deal. (less than $2.60 per item) The food and surroundings are top quality, so you are getting great value for your money. Definitely going to go back more often.

I've been a few times now since they originally opened and each and every time is consistently excellent food. Service could be a bit more involved, but the beautiful atmosphere and food make it worthwhile the repeat visits. Enjoyable and reliable dim sum place in downtown Vancouver with gorgeous interiors and food presentation. Love it!!

Went there for our 54th. Anniversary. The staff and management were exceptional and attentive. Not your usual Dim Sum restaurant., very pleasant and warm surroundings. Wife and I tried the lunch special. Two bowls of hot and sour soup, six plates of dim sum and two teas $26.00. (Works out to less than $2.60 per item.) Food was delicious and well prepared. Worth a visit, I know we will be going back as regulars.

Another business dinner with a large group last weekend. Amazing food, service very friendly if they did get a little muddled with order, it was professionally looked after and deducted from the bill which is always a great response. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

Went for the first time last weekend. Really impressed with the service and the room is very nice/high end. We ordered a bunch of dishes, but I only remembered to take a couple photos. Firstly, they definitely know how to deep fry here! The deep fried tofu was perfectly crisp yet delicately soft and creamy inside (my friends were both duly shocked and amazed that tofu doesn't actually suck, if you know what and where to order it lol), and while the Sichuan chicken was "good" it is really nothing more than a plate of popcorn chicken with some whole chilies scattered on top. We all felt that the popcorn chicken was a waste, as it was mostly batter (but expertly deep fried). The dumplings were all good to great, with the har gow (crystal prawn dumplings) being the stand out for me. I usually find it a bland/boring dish, but the peppercorns added a delicate floral note that really complimented the prawns. I can't remember if the menu mentioned it, but be forewarned that the mushroom dumplings are flavoured with truffle oil or something, as it was intensely truffle tasting. The sautéed pea tips were quite good, and the service throughout was gracious and friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you're downtown and don't want to schlep out to Richmond for dim sum!

I was a bit unsure when I was invited there. Surprise: the food and service were excellent. The restaurant is very clean and great light overlooking Robson Street @ Bute. The Server made some excellent recommendations and they were so good we reordered more.

It was my second time having dim sum here. I've been wanting to try this place since it opened in the summer of 2019. We live a block away and my aunt is 15min walk away. My mom loves dim sum but I couldn't afford Mott 32 as a every weekend thing... We are very happy with our food both time, service was good too. All the dumplings have super thin wrapping, which IMO is the most important thing for good dim sum dumplings. The fried rice noodles shows the chef was really good at what s/he does, not too oily but none of the noodles stuck together, awesome work! The price is very reasonable, IMO. We will be back for sure.

Went here last weekend with the boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Not entirely sure why the reviews are so awful, but we decided to give it a shot. The food came quick, it was quite delicious we think very reasonably priced (we are from US though so it was 25% cheaper for us) and we are planning to go back for our anniversary in March. They've been open only 7 mo, I met one of the owners he was helping us when we were paying. I watched him get yelled at by other customers and he kept his cool and was very professional. Definitely short staffed (as mentioned in other reviews) but good service when there were staff available. Up until we waited for the bill (10+ minutes) they were very attentive. We ordered 4 things and it was only $72. I personally loved the decor.
