The amount is very little. I ordered a combo set, but it didn't fill up my Asian AFAB's stomach at all. I was surprised. Shari(rice) of sushi was so small and I thought it's a joke. Taste is good.

Were seated right away at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. Pretty child friendly, with boosters and high chair options available. No children’s cutlery available though. We ordered ika karaage and avocado roll for the child and they liked the squid a lot. Pretty much finished the whole plate themselves. They also finished more than half of the decently sized avocado roll.Partner had the saba oshi sushi and a couple salmon nigiris. The saba was aggressively fishy (more than normal) and overly smoky, and the two tastes did not go well together. The rice fell apart when I picked it up, and the candied lemon slice on top was not appetizing. The salmon nigiris were forgettable.I had the chirashi don. Quite disappointing for the price. The octopus and and clam were fine, if a bit chewy. The saba was again overly fishy, and didn’t taste oily at all. The salmon and tuna had no substance to it at all, no chew. This seems like a place that would serve the type of clientele who likes rolls and cooked food. For the quality of “sushi” I’m getting, there are cheaper options down the road. Also, no liquor license / sake available.Kid-friendliness: Boosters and high chairs available

This is our fave sushi place in the neighbourhood. It's a little more expensive but you notice the difference in quality. Highly

Small sushi place just outside the PNE, the service was quick, the menu is online, requires scanning a QR code, something we all got used to a couple years ago. I've never had my food brought out so fast in a sushi place, barely got started on my miso soup when my box was brought out. Perhaps if they had taken a bit more time it might have come out better. The fish just tasted a bit bland, meat unseasoned and the dipping sauce well you can see the tiny boil so I could barely dip into it like I'm used to, maybe they expected me to pour it on my food... And the salad while fresh had no dressing on top just on the bottom as if It was put in first before the salad, I was confused and disappointed.Parking: Free parking in front limited, shared with other business

Food was good but very small portions. The piece of chicken in the Bento box was very small. Felt a little skimpy for the price.

This place has been consistently good since 2016. It is my go to place for sure, even if I live far, the commute is worth it.Best sushi in town!!!Recommendations: mango island roll, spicy crispy tuna, and the salmon nigiris ???

I’m updating this review because I decided to give this place another go. This time I went for dine in instead of take out. First thing I have to say is that the staff are polite and very kind although the service is sadly very poor. I sat down and was given the choice of tea or water I chose tea I was given a napkin tea and a menu. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and the house gyoza. The roll came first, now in my opinion the appetizer should have came first but not really a huge issue. At this point I didn’t have soy sauce or chopsticks but I did have my roll. I was then brought soy sauce but I had to ask for chopsticks. The tuna is not spicy tuna, it’s not marinated, it just has some spicy mayo thrown on top and the rice is tasteless, the roll is also falling apart. After the roll came the gyoza came… The gyoza was more like a pot sticker as the wrapper is extremely thick which is not what gyoza is supposed to be. My biggest problem with it was that it was completely uncooked pork inside I ate a whole one before I realized and I really hope I don’t get sick. After about ten minutes of staring at the servers at the front they finally made eye contact and came over to me and took the gyoza back. They offered to replace it but I didn’t want another so they took it off the bill. Over all I don’t really even care about the service it was as any other sushi restaurant sub par. My real issue here is that the food is really overpriced and it’s just not good at all. I’d try subway beside it for a more satisfying meal.

We stopped in before a concert, Service was fast and food was great. A lot of foot traffic too, customers picking up to go. Excellent experience.
