This cafe makes one of the best iced matcha lattes! The place is REALLY busy (I usually go here during lunch so ofc it’ll be busy), but the line moves quite quickly. The staff are full of smiles despite working nonstop to accommodate customers. Took around 10 minutes for me to receive my drink, but it’s all good since it’s busy. They also have tables in front and around so you can study or chill after.
Don’t know about anyone else but I just loved going there all the time. With friends, families and dates… Got matcha most of the time and they were very kind to make make unsweetened version for me and it took extra time! My first cafe in UBC as well. It means something special for me ❤️

The cookies here are so delicious.
The thin ones are delicious, but I especially can't forget the thick ones.
I bought it many times. The best.
