I recently ordered cupcakes from this store for my niece who has a surgery at Vancouver children’s hospital , and I was blown away by their lightning-fast delivery and prompt response. Not only did my niece receive the cupcakes in record time, but their customer service was also top-notch. The cupcakes were delicious, fresh, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a sweet treat with exceptional service!
We ordered a birthday cake for our daughter. It was both beautiful and delicious, and staff were very patient, knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to my (numerous) allergy-related questions about ingredients. Would not hesitate to order from them again or recommend to others.
After another bakery was non-responsive to my order request, I came across Bluebird Cakery in a Google search. Unlike the other company, I received a quick reply from Anna. Placing an order online was quick and easy and when snow postponed my event, Bluebird was understanding and able to store my order for a couple extra days.
The guests at my event loved the cupcakes.
