Super friendly and delicious BBT. The owner Sun is really nice. I really like their Hokkaido milk tea with grass jelly. The mango sago is a wonderful summer dessert in a cup. Totally recommend.

Disappointing Experience
I recently ordered a Mango Sago and a Strawberry Cheesecake from Boba Monster, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The Mango Sago had no single mango chunk at all, despite it being peak mango season. Additionally, the tapioca pearls were very hard and underprepared, making the drink unpleasant to consume.
This isn't the first time I've encountered these issues. I've had similar problems with the same items on previous visits. Given these repeated disappointments, I have decided to stop ordering from Boba Monster. The consistency and quality of the products have consistently failed to meet expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their offerings.

The shop smells so nice and sweet and the drinks are better than any other boba place i’ve been to. ??
Kid-friendliness: they have a bubbly atmosphere and toys for kids
What a nice family owned Boba place. The atmosphere inside was so cute. There was wonderful art on the walls and a cute little wall of greenery for photo ops. The girl who took my order was super friendly and kind, and it seemed like the man making the drinks was her father (but I didn’t ask). I ordered the mango sago and it tasted great along with the 4 other drinks I got my family members. We will definitely be back again ?
Dietary restrictions: Have oat milk options available for those who are dairy free.

Although atm it seems a bit cluttered with the boxes at the corner, don’t ignore the fact the bubble tea is amazing here! I am quite pick with my bbt since prices have gone crazy expensive, but this place had reasonable prices. As for the flavour itself, you can have an option to customize it yourself! I got myself a slush taro with no toppings and it definitely hit the spot. Not too sweet nor too milky! The next time I come back I would like to try other drinks. that are on display :)

Kid-friendliness: It’s near by a school and the neighbourhood itself seems friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: it’s all on ground level.
