I start going there to get my scoops of protein, and the workers there are very sweet!! Very down to earth, thanks ✨?
A great place to grab some clean smoothies. I liked the flavour of my smoothie and the staff were super friendly. The only thing that attracted my attention was that they use frozen fruit. Honestly, if I buy a smoothie that costs as much as a meal, I prefer to get fresh fruits in it. Otherwise, the flavours and the variety of options are great.
Huge fan of body energy club and I will always go to the other locations. However I felt extremely uncomfortable with the service here and they scare us :( I almost cried. All the other locations are extremely friendly but this one I felt very discriminated against and several coworkers feel the same way. I hope the team will work on that and improve in the future but we will all never come back again.
Manpreet is awesome!! We see her everyday and she is always so kind and brightens our day. We’ve started to look forward to going to BEC just to see her :)
I am a regular customer and I love all your products! But unfortunately today I had a bad experience, I went to the Granville store and I didn’t like how I was treated. The girl who was working there was really rude. She was making faces all the time, in front of me! And being very rude. I suggest that if your people doesn’t feel confortable working there, please leave!The girl it has straight hair, she is brunette and shorty.It was a really bad experience for me today!Hopefully you can improve on this,Sincerely,Julio
I tried the strawberry açaí, it is okay, but kinda of expensive. Doesn’t taste that good to justify the price. But I guess for people that go to the gym (not my case) taste is not important, just the protein.
The female worker working at there own pace even when it's "busy" compared to other workers, you can tell... waited 45mins for a smoothie.. Intentionally worked slow.
I frequent BEC, and all their locations very habitually. I probably hit one a few times per week for a smoothie. This one has wonderfully friendly staff, the smoothie is delicious and well blended, and the service is quick. They're great at handling such a busy location, and will put the effort and time into answer your questions.
The pleasant customer focused staff ensure your smoothie is made to your requested specifications. At all times their professional focus is on your orders & appreciate keeping minimum of customers in space & wait outside for them to bring out your order. My fave pleasant petite pretty employee always efficiently makes the best smoothies for me. Another Body Energy location could learn customer focus from this team. Anytime I go downtown for appointment have to stop in here.
I come to this Body Energy location everyday before & after my dance class. They’re the absolute best & save my life every single day. The staff are amazing, they’re friendly, they’re caring, they’re helpful, knowledgeable and personable, & they’re such a joy to visit! Yanni, Arianne, Camila, Francisco, & the whole gang. They make the nicest smoothies & always deliver to such high standards! I love this place.

Today I came to this shop hoping for a great experience but it was the opposite. I bought a wrap and kindly ask the lady to warm l it up for me. With a very passive aggressive attitude refused to help me and gave no explanation why she could not do that for me. The service was very unpleasant and upsetting. I don’t recommend coming to his particular body energy club. There other ones with much better customer service.
I work two blocks away from the store, so I mostly order through the app for takeout on my way to the office. Even though my exchange with staff is quite short, I do appreciate seeing and greeting them every visit. They have always been kind and courteous to me -- Camila, Arianne, Alinne, I know I'm forgetting names, but shout-out to the whole team -- so I do appreciate their hard work. Needless to say -- but saying anyway - BEC has plenty of healthy products and food choices available, so a visit is definitely recommended!
Regular customer. The work ethic Granville seems to require is a wealth of patience, efficiency, and communication - all skills this BEC team seems to have done a fantastic job at adhering to. Always happy walking into Granville BEC as they make me feel welcomed and remembered. Also enjoy their recommendations and banter as well. Arianne, Yanni and Francisco are always super friendly! It seems like a group that cares. I wish I was informed a bit more of when my account has accumulated its rewards, but I am always beyond happy at this groups effort. Thanks guys!
Honestly worst BEC experience ever. I’ve been going to various locations for years and this is my first time going to this location because we got some vouchers at work to use and I wanted to redeem for a 8.99 smoothie which has majority of their flavour lineup. The girl at the counter looked at me in a weird way and says: only for the classic one 7.99 ok? I asked if I can add a dollar to get the regular and again she looks at me weird with a smirk and says NOP! This attitude for a premium smoothie bar? Sorry but I think there’s an attitude and racism issue here. Worst location and unbelievably bad service.
I get my go-to smoothie strawberry macalicious every morning from this location. In the morning, Alinne is the one managing and she is super nice and always accommodates to special requests or delivery app/ BEC app issues. She's the best!
