I love the wide variety here - especially the sundaes! The team gets so creative with their flavors : my favorites are the Vietnamese spiced coffee and Dubai chocolate!
The green matcha white mochi chocolate is BOMB!!
Delicious!
Sadly was not impressed with this place. I ordered the Dubai sundae and my partner got the mango smoothie. Neither one had any taste. I’m not sure if they’re adding a lot of ice to their products but that’s what it seems like: crushed up ice.
Place was clean, but they have three giant TV screens but none of them have the menu on them. Instead customers have to crowd around a printed out menu right by the cash register.
We ended up throwing our purchases away because we didn’t see the point in eating something without any flavour. It seemed to me that they’re focusing on presentation over quality of product. Based on this I would say skip this place.
We went here with a group of friends after dinner to have endless chats. The drinks and desserts were good, price wise was on the higher side especially for ice cream.
Service is good, but ice cream is sooo overpriced. It was just ice cream with a little bit of toping.. not worth 12$ at all. Tasted not better then sundae from Macdonalds
$9 for a tiny cone. It's not the size that's shown on google photos.
We try the ice cream & we like it
Boketto had been on my must-try list for a long time, so I was genuinely excited to bring my family. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown.
The main issue was with a staff member named Thea, who was unapologetically rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to admit when she was wrong. I ordered the strawberry matcha sundae, and she overcharged us. When I pointed out that the price didn’t match the menu, she claimed there was an extra charge for the matcha ice cream, even though the sundae is clearly advertised as a strawberry matcha sundae. The logic didn’t make sense, but I went along with it.
We also had questions about the loyalty program, but Thea’s response was frustrating. She couldn’t explain it and answered in a rude and condescending tone. It felt like we were bothering her just by asking. I ordered around four items total, and after the overcharge, a different staff member kindly processed a refund. While we appreciated the correction, an apology from Thea would’ve gone a long way, but none came.
She repeatedly spoke over us and stood her ground on incorrect information, which only made things worse. Had she just listened, she would’ve realized her mistake from the start.
To top it all off, the food was extremely disappointing - bland, poorly made, and simply not worth the hype. Easily one of the worst dessert spots I’ve been to in terms of both service and quality.
Such a cute place. I got the smoked salmon liege waffle and the seasonal fall special matcha pistachio latte. The waffle was great, texture and consistency not too chewy or crispy. It paired well with the smoked salmon, dollops of cream cheese and the capers. The latte was also good with bits of pistachio in it which is nice for a textural component.
I have also tried their mochi mini waffles. They were yummy and toasted. And their butterfly pea lemonade was delicious! The staff are also so friendly when I visit and the interior is cute and cozy. Kinda small with not a lot of seating but has a nice atmosphere. I will come back to try many more things especially the soft serve.

Soft serve is super creamy and not too sweet. Ube had a strong coconut flavour. Dubai sundae was amazing, the topping is not very sweet and pairs well with the malt chocolate soft serve. (Picture had double scoop topping)

Checked out Boketto for the first time last night. Tried their seasonal Sundae for the Mid-Autumn festival and then a jasmine/blueberry twist cone. Both were great and I especially liked the tea soft serve (strong flavour and not too sweet). The staff member working last night (9/21/2024) around 9:30pm was awesome! Super friendly and upbeat despite it being close to the end of their shift. The interior space is very nice and I could easily spend time in there catching up with a friend or reading a book. I'll definitely be back for more!

Took a stroll through the river district tonight with the doggo. We drove down here specifically to try this place out. The jasmine ice cream was what gravitated us here.
Both the mid autumn sundae & jasmine twist cones were yummy. But the main highlight of the visit was the service. The girl working tonight was top notch. If she had not mentioned to me that she wasn’t the owner, I would have thought she was. She was well articulative of the menu offerings and was super friendly and smiley the entire time.
The shop was also well maintained and clean. The decor was quite nice as well.
Parking: It’s a big community with lots of towers. Which means lots of guests and visitors that take up a good portion of the parking.

An aesthetic and spacious space for soft serve and boba. I went here for the Vancouver ice cream fest and got the strawberry sundae. It wasn’t anything special but quite small for the price. And unfortunately not filled all the way.

We’ve been loyal customers of Boketto since opening, but we’ve noticed some changes in the quality of the food and drinks recently. While we still enjoy the atmosphere and variety of options, the consistency has started to waver. The flavors aren’t as bold as they used to be and the cup sizes are much smaller. The wait times for 2 drinks or a sundae averages 20+ minutes.
We know how amazing this place can be when everything is on point. We want to continue supporting this shop and hope these are just temporary issues that can be addressed. Looking forward to seeing improvements and hope to return as customers.
