What a great experience this was! Went with a friend to do the macaron workshop and we both had an amazing time! I could really tell how passionate Yann (owner/patissier) is about his craft when he's teaching. He's really approachable and organised, which meant for a seamless class. The flow of the evening was great, with a break for some macaron sampling from the actual bakery with champagne. We both walked away with 40+ macarons of varying flavours and some inspiration to try something new! Shoutout to Josh as well for all his expertise and patience! It all really made for a memorable experience. I would recommend this class if you've ever felt intimidated to try making them at home!

The workshop was very well organized. Josh was very on top of it - quite surgical! You’ll end up making the most delicious macarons you’ve ever had.

We did the workshop with some friends for my boyfriend's birthday. The staff were so incredibly welcoming, and had very thorough answers for all of my boyfriend's questions. The autmosphere was so comfortable, and I love that they make what can feel like a very overwhelming recipe, into an accessible one for new bakers and experienced bakers. The macarons are delicious. We were also so impressed by the efficiency that they ran the workshop, while never making us feel rushed. They arranged every step so seamlessly. We had a blast and highly recommend the workshop!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and the people who runs it.
I took my daughter to their macarons workshop for her 9th birthday. She was the only kid in class of 12 people and the Chef/owner Yaan was so kind and patient with her and made her feel seen and special.
Yaan explained every step so thoroughly and with a sense of humor.
They gave us samples of their savoury macarons to try and dare I say I love them more than the sweet ones?!
We all went home with a box of 42 macarons each, a sheet of recipes and tips and tricks and newfound respect for macarons.
I highly recommend taking their workshop.

I had an amazing time at the Bon macaron-making class with Joshua! He made the process so fun and easy to follow, and the macarons turned out delicious. Joshua’s expertise and patience made all the difference. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to master the art of macarons! Thanks to my company who sponsored our class as one of summer events!

A hidden branch of Bon Macaron, with a green grass and blue lake view right in front of it. I am a ice cream fan so I ordered Toblerone gelato with chocolate bones and coconut powder. I wish the ice cream was more creamy and fresh cause the macaroons were fresh and crunchy! $10 for that ice cream which I think it was alot! Anyway fancy experience.

I took the macaron making workshop. It wasn't cheap, but I think the value is def there. You each take home 30-40 macarons, get to try 3 macarons there along with a glass of wine/apple juice. 3 hrs of instructions and take home recipe. Good value, and highly recommend!

Got a set of six macarons from the shop itself, not the public market counter. Each one was INCREDIBLE and actually tasted like what they said, as compared to some other macarons which just taste like sugar. My only complaint is that the selection of macarons at the shop was more limited than the selection at the public market.

I had so much fun here yesterday! You get to choose the flavour you want to make. We took home 83 macarons. Josh was a great instructor, was encouraging and could answer all our questions. I wouldn’t mind doing this workshop again.
