They are by far one of the greatest places to eat left in Vancouver! This is one of a few places where on a Sunday morning or afternoon you’ll find a lawyer wearing his finest suit sitting with his children eating breakfast and next to him will be too punk rock chicks eating their breakfast. The next booth will have a homeless man that just scraped together his five dollars to get his coffee and breakfast and everybody eats as one as a people together. And the staff are amazing, friendly and have alternative awesome styles all to their own. The decor on the walls is wicked as well with many stickers and tags placed everywhere.! bring your sticker(s) with you and place a couple on the wall to make it feel like home!
* a must have eatery experience for anyone that wants the real feel of East Vancouver. The real deal.
** and breakfast is still $2.95!!!!! For two eggs, two slices of toast, chunk potato hash browns, and a slice of cooked ham!! Better than the Costco hotdog deal! God bless Bons!

Bon's Off Broadway is one of those classic Vancouver spots that hasn’t tried to reinvent itself, and that’s exactly the appeal. It’s gritty, nostalgic, and unapologetically old school, the kind of place you go for comfort food and character rather than polish.
The food is simple, filling, and affordable. Breakfast is the main draw, especially if you want a hearty plate without spending much. It’s not fancy and doesn’t pretend to be, but portions are generous and the menu does what it’s meant to do. Service is straightforward and no nonsense, which fits the vibe perfectly.

This is probably one of the worst restaurants I've been to. I ordered the all day breakfast with my friend and had the fries instead of the hash browns. After getting our food the fries were cold. After I returned the fries and got hash browns when I got the hash browns it tasted off and the toast was stale. We also ordered a side of sausage and coffee. The total amount was 27 $ when I asked the manager about the price. The manager said it was for the sour dough bread the coffee and for the side of sausage. After I called the manager to complain about the food the manager said the reason was the restaurant was a communal place. After I said I was going to report him to the health inspector he said that okay the health inspector is okay with us and didn't care. And the service was not good they don't care. I ate at alot of restaurants and this place is one of the worst places for food and for service and atmosphere. this place may seem cheaper but they charge for all the extras. I will never go back and I will report them. And also the restaurant was not clean and covered with graffiti and the bathroom was filthy
