Nearly all of the workers are super polite and very friendly, however, some of the workers forget to add some of ingredients into the drinks (this has happened to me several times) and when you bring it to their attention they sometimes seem reluctant to fix your order.Since this has happened various times, and only at this location, I recommend to any potential customers to taste your drink to ensure it’s correct before leaving the store. It’s not fun to purchase an expensive drink and get home to find out the drink isn’t what you ordered.

Took the Lemon Berry drink and it was pretty good. Very sweet, a sweet juice taste. The lady at counter that day was pretty nice.

First time I went here there was a lady snacking on fruits in the back while there was a lineup of students. When she took my order she was rude and cut me off before I finished ordering. She handed my friend an overflowing drink and didn’t clean it up first. Came back here a second time and the same worker was asking for her coworker to make her a smoothie while she was in the back and there was a lineup of kids once again. Slow af service and rude employees. More people need to be hired and I’d recommend going to the other booster juice at the western parkway complex

My first ever review bcs this really ruined my mood. The lady was pretty dismissive when I was ordering which I don’t mind. I get that it’s hard having to deal with young ppl storming in and out all day. But usually, when I order something, I expect to receive what I order. I didn’t ask for any add ons or upgrades or anything. Just something very standard off the menu, but I got a drink different from what I ordered. I thought okay maybe they made a mistake and asked them about it. Turns out the ingredients for my order was out of stock and instead of letting me know and asking me if I wanted something else or refunding me, she just went ahead to make something that she thought was similar enough. The problem with this is the pure lack of regard for the fact that people pay almost 10 bucks for one drink because they want to get what they order. The second thing is that I could have been severely allergic to one of the ingredients and consumed it unknowingly because she did not let me know that she had just gone ahead to make a completely different drink.To make things worse, all she said was the drink I got is the same price as my order and dismissed it. She was totally unbothered, she actually she seemed proud that she had resolved the issue and did not even say sorry despite me actively expressing I was unhappy with the situation.

Do you know what the problem with hiring employees is? They don't care how much money you make. There are constant line ups at this location and there is only one employee and she works slow. Either you hire more people or you get her to work faster. You are losing customers to this.

When we looked up Booster Juice on Google, the hours specified it opened at 8 am and we were there for 8 am. and waited and waited. and no one showed up. another family was there too waiting. If this store is closed, their hours should be updated to reflect that.

It is a nice smoothie place. They have lots of choices, and the "Spinach is in it" and "Tropi-kale" are my favourites. There is a lot of sugar in everyone of them though, which is a downside for me since I'm trying to find healthy places around the UBC campus. Maybe there is an option to lower the sugar but I just haven't asked. Anyway, this bar will be a once-in-a-while occasion, since the drinks are pretty expensive at around 7-8. I mean, if your entire meal was just a smoothie, the price range is reasonable.
