Nearly all of the workers are super polite and very friendly, however, some of the workers forget to add some of ingredients into the drinks (this has happened to me several times) and when you bring it to their attention they sometimes seem reluctant to fix your order.Since this has happened various times, and only at this location, I recommend to any potential customers to taste your drink to ensure it’s correct before leaving the store. Do you know what the problem with hiring employees is? They don't care how much money you make. There are constant line ups at this location and there is only one employee and she works slow. Either you hire more people or you get her to work faster. You are losing customers to this.
It is a nice smoothie place. They have lots of choices, and the "Spinach is in it" and "Tropi-kale" are my favourites. There is a lot of sugar in everyone of them though, which is a downside for me since I'm trying to find healthy places around the UBC campus.
