We’ve given Boston Pizza on broadway multiple chances and unfortunately it keeps getting worse. On a previous visit, our food arrived cold and ended up making us sick, which is why we stayed away for a while.
We recently returned just for a beer, hoping for a better experience, but the service was terrible. The bartender seemed completely uninterested in customers and came across as rude, like she was annoyed to be working. She also forgot another customer’s drink entirely — he ordered it, she said “just one second,” and he never received it during the entire 30 minutes we were there.
On top of the poor service, the place was dirty. Overall, an awful experience and not somewhere we’ll be returning.

Uber eats or delivery…. No body talks for drivers don’t come otherwise you will stay 30 min to wait someone talk to you

I went there on Sunday night and honestly, we had a great time. Lots of space to sit, which was nice.
The pizza was super tasty — fresh ingredients, great flavor, cooked just right.
The staff were really friendly too, and the service was great.
Overall, loved it and I’d totally go back 👌

We visited Boston Pizza recently and while the food was great, tasty, and exactly what we expected, the service left a lot to be desired.
The restaurant felt disorganized, with dirty tables sitting uncleared for quite some time, and the service was slow even though it was not overly busy. The most concerning moment was watching a server or busser fling dirty napkins across the restaurant toward a waste bin. It did not land near us, but it was unprofessional and not something you want to see while eating.
Boston Pizza usually delivers a solid experience, so this visit was disappointing on the service side. I hope management takes note because the food really was good and it deserves to be paired with better service.

Went for lunch had a good experience. We took two lunch meals each consist of 1 main ,a side and unlimited soft drinks refill. Service was good and food was tasty too. 1meal size is enough for 1 person.

we ordered the $33 ribs 4 wings , fries garlic toast. can't believe how little fries they gave. it was actually disgusting my fiance is in the hospital in Vancouver and we ordered three times from Boston pizza. pizza was amazing. lasagna was terrible. no meat in it and the ribs hardly any food to it

It’s been quite a while. Some of it was good…
I’ve been ordering from this place more or less since Covid started. There were times I almost relied on it, but it was pretty good for the most part until maybe a year and a half ago right around the middle of 2023. Where I really stopped ordering from this place because they became consistently inconsistent..
Ordering on a Tuesday evening would result in pretty good food. Ordering on a Thursday evening would also result in a pretty decent order. Ordering on a Friday evening or a Sunday afternoon would result in some of the most careless meals I’ve ever seen put together. Some didn’t even look like they were heated all the way through.
Yesterday’s $70 order of barbeque ribs and dessert were absolutely disgusting. The salad was definitely not fresh with way too much onion. It basically stunk up the whole house with onion.
The gravy side was not properly packaged and spilled everywhere. The garlic bread was more like a garlic brick. And the ribs were cold with absolutely no barbeque sauce. Not even a drop and probably the most disgusting order I’ve ever received..
I got a refund immediately through Skip the dishes. Almost 4 years of decent orders and I started to realize which days I shouldn’t be ordering because certain crews might have been working or the chef was not on site…
But at this point, either there is no chef or the chef has absolutely no pride in what they do and they allow just about any type of slop to leave their kitchen…
Maybe the owner is afraid of the chef. Maybe it’s really hard to find another chef. Maybe this chef is working for such a low price that the owner is just biding their time…
That’s the last time I’m ordering from this location and I’ve probably ordered around 200 times since 2019 . Maybe even double that amount.
