This location boston pizza lost its dignity. The restaurant smells like old rag. Pizza and wings were super cold.and the service was late, i assume that is why our food was super cold. Horrible experience

Just ordered and picked up two extra-large âBourbon BBQ Chickenâ pizzasâusually my favoriteâbut this time the chicken topping tasted old and very off. Now I donât feel well after eating it. Really disappointing :(

Great place to host a kids party. Lots of food options for both parents and kids. very kid friendly location. Lots of long tables and can be separated from other areas to keep your party together and distanced from other guests.

My family and I are huge fans of Boston Pizza. Weâve been customers for more than 10 years, at over 10 different locations, and the quality remained relatively consistent. However, we left this place feeling quite underwhelmed with the quality of the food.
As an appetizer, we ordered Thai bites and pull apart garlic bread. We got what we paid for, no complaints there. It was good food. However, my parentsâ main courses were lacklustre, to say the least.
They ordered the NY strip loin steak, as they have been for more than 7 years. They order it medium well each time. My motherâs steak was undercooked, and it looked like a medium rare steak instead of medium well. Both of their steaks had no seasoning whatsoever, which is unusual for Boston Pizza.
The salad seemed old and it was very mushy. The cactus cut chips that we ordered were very over cooked as well. We like them crunchy, but at this point, they were fried to the degree of turning into sawdust if they went in your mouth. Not ideal.
However, I ordered myself a carbonara pizza and it was pretty good. The location is quite convenient as well; there is an under ground parking connected to the restaurant, right off of Birch street.

Great place to go watch a game, lots of TVs and sound is loud enough for the average sports fan. Kids menu is decent value, and January there is Pasta Tuesday prices every day. Dont try to order anything spicy if you cant handle spice...not sure why but they will try to burn your taste buds off.
Our go to BPs but unfortunately the Service is not there...the older servers are great but it's the young bartenders and servers that don't care about customer service. They don't let us know when their shift has ended and a new server will be taking over. They come 10 min after our drinks have been done to offer another, they care more about the everyday regulars than other customers.
Multiple times we've had to go up and ask for another drink/the correct drink or the bill. That's not service and that's not worthy of a good tip. Even the bussers do a better job at providing service and deserve the tip over the waitress/bartender staff.

Long story but this has happened to me for the third time when ordering a delivery from them!
I'm allergic to Mushrooms. TOLD THEM CLEARLY NO MUSHROOMS. Literally tell them five times The first time order the pizza had mushrooms and I got a store credit 2nd time I order apparently the driver came and I didn't pick my call. Called the restaurant and told them I have zero calls from anybody and was waiting for my pizza. The credit got pushed
Today I order the pizza. CONFIRMED NO MUSHROOMS LIKE A MILLION TIMES BUT GUESS WHAT GOT THE PIZZA WITH MUSHROOMS. called the restaurant to tell them about this. The first call they hung up on me. Called them a few times and finally picked up. The manager spoke to me. He asked the kitchen and the kitchen said they put no mushrooms. Why would I lie, I told him I can send pictures. To which he said that I come down to the restaurant to return the pizza and they will make a new one for me.
Sorry I wanted to be nice and calm but this time it really disappointed and frustrated me. Adding this review to show that I did get the pizza with mushroom!!

Service at this location is beyond exceptional, my server was so friendly and helpful. Also, the pizza flight was just so delicious!âš will definitely return for more soft, delicious pizza.

Ordered their Halftime Squarefooter through SKIP. Came after 2.5 hours and the pizza is burnt. Also missing mushrooms. And only a tiny few pieces of chicken on half of the pizza. Look at the picture of what its supposed to look like vs what arrived. And this is supposed to be 32$?
Can't say anything about their service or atmosphere.
