Wouldn’t know. Turned away a table of 6 at the door at 11:30pm claiming ‘kitchen closed’ when hours are until 12 midnight. Owner must be rich - not in it for profit. Leopold’s Tavern down the street happy to take our $500+ bill. :)

Clean, consistent food, friendly service and chargers for your phone at the table. Loved it. Nice patio in the back. Secret gem on Broadway

I love Boston Pizza and this one disappointed me. I ordered hot wings that came with hardly any sauce and no carrots or celery. I ordered cactus cuts and the usual dip size is large, I paid for an extra and got two small sized dips. Equal to what one (big one) that they give with the cactus cuts would be. Super disappointed and won’t be going here again.

Ts place is for families, and there's a lot of screaming children but some of the food is actually really good like tacos, but other dishes kind of taste artificial. Service was really good but slow but it was busy. Overall decent like a 7/10

Came in for a pint and decided to have some food. Our server Tennille was proficient and delightful! Our drinks/food came out in good time, not that we were in any rush. We had the pizza flight, which is great for sharing.

Went in for pasta Tuesday, and it reminded me of why I stopped visiting this place for such a long time after being frequent customers for many years.

Food was meh. Lasagna noodles were undercooked as they were still hard.

Service is really where it’s lacking. The server and host were pleasant in their demeanour, but just not as sharp or on point as they ought to be.

It took 10 mins after being seated to even get water on the table. Server was nowhere in sight but when I caught her walking past my table after attending to another table, she just said that she’ll be right with me, which isn’t a problem. What I do have an issue with is when she returns, she walks right past me to attend to the other table she was originally at first. I mean, you already attended to them just prior, and granted I’ve been already waiting 10 mins with no service, it would be more appropriate to attend to me first to take my order before returning to the other table that she was literally just at.

I was also asked if I would like a drink, and ordered a soda, which never came (didn’t care for it anymore by the time the bill came and at least it didn’t show up on the bill, indicating the server forgot to punch it in).

When the food arrived, I had to ask for cutlery as there was none on the table. The host who was helping to bring out the food, apologized and said he thought the table had been set previously.

When I was done with my meal, I asked for a take-out container for the food I couldn’t finish, along with the bill. Only the takeout container came, and I had to ask for the bill from the server a 2nd time.

Again, friendly and pleasant staff (hence the 2 stars) but overall just not sharp or attentive enough, and a little too lackadaisical. The restaurant was also not busy (server had 4 small tables that included mine).

Looks like there are some table side order tablets now, where you can place an order yourself. They looked like triangular advertising stands at first glance so I never really paid attention to the fact that it was actually an ordering screen/device. The host should’ve pointed it out when seating us if the intention/expectation is for diners to do self-ordering through those devices.

This location boston pizza lost its dignity. The restaurant smells like old rag. Pizza and wings were super cold.and the service was late, i assume that is why our food was super cold. Horrible experience

Just ordered and picked up two extra-large “Bourbon BBQ Chicken” pizzas—usually my favorite—but this time the chicken topping tasted old and very off. Now I don’t feel well after eating it. Really disappointing :(

Great place to host a kids party. Lots of food options for both parents and kids. very kid friendly location. Lots of long tables and can be separated from other areas to keep your party together and distanced from other guests.

My family and I are huge fans of Boston Pizza. We’ve been customers for more than 10 years, at over 10 different locations, and the quality remained relatively consistent. However, we left this place feeling quite underwhelmed with the quality of the food.

As an appetizer, we ordered Thai bites and pull apart garlic bread. We got what we paid for, no complaints there. It was good food. However, my parents’ main courses were lacklustre, to say the least.

They ordered the NY strip loin steak, as they have been for more than 7 years. They order it medium well each time. My mother’s steak was undercooked, and it looked like a medium rare steak instead of medium well. Both of their steaks had no seasoning whatsoever, which is unusual for Boston Pizza.

The salad seemed old and it was very mushy. The cactus cut chips that we ordered were very over cooked as well. We like them crunchy, but at this point, they were fried to the degree of turning into sawdust if they went in your mouth. Not ideal.

However, I ordered myself a carbonara pizza and it was pretty good. The location is quite convenient as well; there is an under ground parking connected to the restaurant, right off of Birch street.
