Placed a take-out order in house, layout of the restaurant looks fantastic with a 2nd story landing for more dining. Big projector over the bar for viewing big sports games, and tall ceilings for a larger in house atmosphere. Service is great and quite fast for New Years Day, really impressed.

Ordered NY steak. Medium. What I got was a half burnt half medium, thin cut, lousy piece of meat. Not tasty, to say the least. Paied 40 dollars Pepsi included. A total waste of money. The waiter noticed I left my plate almost untouched and wouldn't even care. Just took it and brought the check.

Been having to order from broadway for sometime now as this location does not do wings TOGO, very unfortunate and hoping it can be changed eventually… I live down the same street as this location also which makes it worse.

I have gone here many times over the course of time and when in town it is one of my choices to consider. Very convenient to the stadiums! They do not offer any game day food deals though and when their board does suggest it directly on there. Was a Mon night and football on and as well as I was heading to Canucks after. I had asked for very light salt on my wings and it was the very opposite...extra salt! So then I waited for a refire. My server was nice enough as Vancouver goes but that mess up should have been considered to be taken off the bill yes? My last server was way nicer, a nice black guy. Yesterday I got just reg friendliness and not much engagement. Yesterday was a solid 3 stars and last time it was 5!

Abysmal service and experience.. I get being busy but there’s that and then there’s repeatedly failing to provide adequate service and complete apathy about making things right and yelling at customers for your own mistakes 1- hosts arguing right in front of us about who was going to seat us because none of them wanted to 2- server took a long time to come check on us and never told us her name so we could flag her down the dozens of times she walked past us and didn’t check in with us 3- the table was so uneven it took more than 10 coasters to level back out, but no one brought us the coasters we just had to grab them while waiting on our server to finally take our order 4- our drinks were empty twice times and when our server finally gave us our only refill, she didn’t even take the empty cups 5- we tried to order barbecue sauce and honey mustard and were brought barbecue mixed with mayonnaise. Maybe because the game was so loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves think. Tried to ask for barbecue and honey mustard again and were brought barbecue sauce, honey, and mustard. Asked again and if they actually have honey mustard and they said yes and brought us honey mixed with mustard in equal portions. Asked again and they tried to gaslight us into thinking honey mustard doesn’t contain Dijon mustard instead of just yellow mustard. They also had nothing but excuses for why everything was wrong or why they didn’t say they don’t have honey mustard when asked. 6- Electronic payment servers went down and after such an already undesirable experience their solution was to walk in the rain to 7/11 to get cash after the manager already said he’d take care of our meal due to all the issues. Asked for the manager again to clarify the bill and then manager actually yelled at us and said we made the server cry for very calmly and without raising our voice asking for the correct sauce and why they didn’t just say they didn’t have it the first 3 times.
Hopefully it was just an off night but wouldn’t recommend or go back.
