I had a very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza due to the rude and unprofessional behaviour of one of the employees. When I arrived, I was ignored for several minutes even though staff were available. When I finally tried to ask for help, the employee responded with an unfriendly tone and showed no interest in assisting me.I spoke up and said that they have zero customer service, the employee replied with “thank you” in a sarcastic and disrespectful way. He said I have no time to talk with you guys. Go and post it online. Seriously? This response was shocking and completely unprofessional. I would really appreciate if you can teach your employees how to behave with customers. I will never recommend this location . I even don’t want to give you 1 start .

It's a run-of-the-mill Boston Pizza. Good overall, Canadian chain restaurant. Very, very quiet during non-sporting periods, very busy when local teams are playing.
Service was good — just enough contact to be helpful while not being overkill. Food is standard fare for BP. Atmosphere is visually loud sports bar stuff, including at-table video advertising units.

Came here with my partner, our server seemed homophobic towards us and after she disappeared, it seemed there was only one other person staffing the entire restaurant. They ran out of ketchup, and our fries arrived cold. I will not be coming here again.

The pizzas were good. Note there is not much choice for non-alcoholic drinks. Tried one, it's passable.

Every time we visit this location, we leave with the impression that we are not welcome, but last night was by far the worst experience. We arrived around 10:10 PM on a long weekend, with the posted closing time clearly marked as 12 AM. The restaurant was still full of customers eating and drinking, so we thought we had plenty of time.
After about 10 minutes, a waitress came over and told us we had to leave because there was no food or drinks available—not even soda. At a Boston Pizza, this excuse seemed both unbelievable and unacceptable. The way it was handled was rude, dismissive, and made us feel singled out.
The entire interaction left us feeling extremely unwelcome, and unfortunately, given that we were the only not white, it felt discriminatory. No customer should ever be made to feel this way when trying to enjoy a meal out.

I had such a great experience at Boston Pizza! The service was outstanding — Riah was so attentive and friendly, and really made the visit enjoyable. The manager, Andrii, also checked in with us which was a really nice touch, and it shows how much they care about their guests. I also want to give a big shoutout to the owner, Ismet, for running such a welcoming and well-managed restaurant.
The food was absolutely delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing experience at this Boston Pizza. Andrii (manager) and Riah (server) made us feel valued! The food was delicious and service was excellent. Ismet approached the table and made sure the whole experience was smooth.

They made us wait for an hour and eventually told us they are too busy to serve you.

Worst Boston pizza in B.C. The hostesses and servers are complete awful, super loud, unprofessional and have disrespectful attitude. My wife and I were sat down for waiting for about 15 minutes even though the outdoor dining was open and free. I’ll be glad to name a few of the hostesses and severs and list out some more things that would get you fired quick when you have a good manager
No one offered water to start, food came late, and cutlets arrived 25 minutes after the main dishes. The drinks, especially the passion fruit ones, were the worst we’ve ever had. We went to celebrate a birthday, but it was ruined—later that night all three of us got food poisoning. The manager gave a discount, but no discount makes up for risking our health. They really need to improve service and food safety.
