Server Ellen is very competent and friendly! She clearly cares about her job and it's a pleasure to be served by her. It's a great restaurant but many would think that it's all the employees, food, atmosphere, waiting time, etc. that determines the rating for the place. I'd say that only a few servers or even one server who puts in the right effort can make the place feel great!

Arrived at 915pm to be advised with a party of seven there's a minimum gratuity of 18%. After being seated and given drinks (including a nasty number labeled new "cranberry lime sparkler" which tasted more like flat Sprite than I care to mention), the server didn't return to take our food order for an excessive amount of time. When our food arrived, the pizza was dry and chewy and the pepperoni nearly burnt, the artichoke dip tasted like sour cream and tinned...
