Wonderful experience. Lovely ambience, attentive wait staff, knowledgeable sommelier, and amazing food. My husband and I had the chef's tasting menu, he the omnivore selection and I the vegetarian. Both were spectacular and well paired with the wine selection. I would come back to Vancouver just for another meal here.

One of the best meals I have ever had—Botanist absolutely blew us away. Every dish from Chef Hector and his team was a work of art, with beautiful presentations in a stunningly elegant setting. The food was exceptional from start to finish; we especially loved the tagliatelle, sablefish, strip loin, scallops, and roasted beets. The cocktails were creative and perfectly balanced, and the wine and food pairings curated by sommelier Matthew were spot on—truly elevating the entire experience. A heartfelt thank you to GM Sandy for the warm welcome and for leading such a talented and gracious team. It was an absolutely perfect night, and we can't wait to return.

Second time there; again outstanding high end culinary experience; the halibut was amazing as was the grilled scallops (nothing here is ever as expected always surprised by the fine details in sauces and accompaniments); berry dessert also noteworthy and a bit of a work of art one almost regrets breaking up, except the taste makes it justifiable

Came here to spend the evening. We tried the ring of fire cocktail and it was so cool! Worth the price haha. Food was AMAZING and reasonably priced, good portion size as well. The service was nice as well, all the staff were super nice. Only thing is that hotel parking is pricey, it’s almost $40 for 3 hours.

This place is amazing!! First off, our server Alyssa was incredible - knew everything about everything and was super nice and attentive. I ordered the Beekeeper cocktail and it was the best drink I've ever had, period. The food was outstanding and the dessert (a chocolate concoction) was out of this world. Next time I'm in Vancouver I'm absolutely going back.
