Very disappointed.
We booked a reservation last week through your website using OpenTable for 3 people for today, December 6th at 12:30 PM. I even received a text notification asking me to press 1 to confirm the reservation, which I did.

However, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. No one contacted me to inform us that the restaurant only opens at 5 PM. I didn’t double-check the business hours because our booking had already been confirmed.

This was supposed to be a birthday lunch for a friend, and the entire experience ended up being a complete waste of our time. Very disappointing.

Positive experience with room for improvement. The food was very good, albeit a bit pricey for what you get. Dumplings were great (but small). Tuna poke was delicious but lots of cucumber and barely any avocado. I would recommend adding a little something else (edamame, mango, peppers). Tons of ice in the mocktail.

Would return but they could elevate to match pricing.

Theyre trying too hard. Calamari cooked ok but 0 flavor. Absolutely gross. Caesars tasted like gross smoked herb. Pungent and overwhelmed by roasted rosemary ⁴and thyme...Overwhelmed or underwhelmed, that's the way here. Fiance's tuna sandwich was disgusting - cloying. I Do NOT recommend, esp for the price. Cool building tho. Sad I wasted my money here.

Booked a table a few days ago for today through their website (which took us to open table). Was on the way to our reservation, only to find out they are not open on Sundays. We called them several times to confirm without an answer. Checked the website again, and it has refreshed to reflect being closed on sundays. Bizarre considering they had the option to book a table for sunday, 2 days ago.

If you’re looking for a spot for a team outing, this place hits the mood and the food perfectly. Especially after a convention or a long day at the office near Burrard Station.

I honestly didn’t know it was here because it’s tucked away, but so worth it. And if you’re a cocktail lover, this is your place.

Despite my wife's hesitation about this being a pub and expecting a lot of fried options, I was a bit more optimistic and we are both happy to come back again. The beans and carrots were a fresh tasty appetizer along with the handmade dumplings. We could have ordered another round of both and called it a night but that didn't happen. The fresh bowl was anything but traditional pub food and was a big hit. My chicken dish was tender and juicy - perfect. Lovely decor inside and look forward to coming back for more of those amazing dumplings!

Wasn't able to get a table and from what I could tell the place was still open for another hour and a half; waited 15 minutes and wasn't addressed by a greeter. I think it might be because these two annoying ladies were loitering and blabbing at the greeter's stand, making it seem like I wasn't there waiting to be seated. I thought they were in line waiting for seating as well, but they didn't seem fussed at all; pretty sure they were just loitering. The workers seemed very inattentive as well.

I had to go to the fancy-pants bird pub next door instead. Would be interested in trying this place's food sometimes, but I have never before experienced this level of non-service.

Sorry this was an accidental slip of the fingers. I’m hosting my wedding reception here so I love this place and the staff, especially the event planner Kyla!

The staff accommodated my seating request so that the 3 of us would have a clear sightline of a monitor to watch a World Series playoff game.

We reserved a table (with an extra phone call to confirm the table) and were told that only high table with high chairs were available (which can be tricky with a larger group who also wanted to have food) as there were multiple events going on. But when we arrived it was actually not busy at all and many tables were empty. Since we even discussed the table on the phone before it would have been nice to rebook us to a standard table after realizing that it is not so busy.
