Simply incredible. Fabulous service, delicious food, perfect ambiance.

We ordered most of the menu to share and we were pleasantly surprised by every dish. Highlights were the king salmon, clams, scallops, and apple tiramisu.

Also the menu is pescatarian/vegetarian, which was delightful!

Best restaurant I’ve been to in Vancouver. I’m a fan of cooking TV shows and everything that we tasted could have been a dish served on Top Chef.

The Tuna Toast had a name that almost dissuaded me but after eating it, I can say it was the best thing I’ve eaten in Vancouver (alongside the Yuzu Crumble from Kissa Tanto). Don’t be fooled, it’s not your oven baked can tuna standard - it was a medley of tuna sashimi mixed with gojujang, cherry tomatoes, black garlic and basil.

We also had the Fish Dip (a mixture of Sablefish and Ikura), the Hokkaido scallops (with mint, Thai basil, hibiscus, crispy plantain) with their new mushroom parpardelle - the best pasta dish I’ve eaten this year. I find a lot of pastas can sometimes have a sauce that is too salty from being overly reduced but this was incredibly balanced while retaining an umami flavour that didn’t even make me miss not having meat in it.

For dessert we had their passion fruit tres leche but I think it is only a limited feature that will disappear after the Dine Out season is over.

I can’t say enough about this place, I’ve told all my friends and am going back again to try everything else on the menu.

Unbelievable food, drinks and service. Staff was absolutely on point. Snuck us in at the bar for quick bite and drinks on an absolutely slammed Saturday night the holidays. Was pleasantly surprised and will definetely be going back.

Found a lil gem in my new hood - at first bite, I instantly knew this was going to be my new go to place! Jack was the best and everything he recommended was just spot on. All the dishes we ordered were delicious but the king salmon was pretty much life changing. Plus, the best dirty martini I've had in a while. Def will be back - maybe even a regular āœØļø

I wanted to lick every plate clean!

What a joy Bravo is, everything was incredible.

STAFF: the staff are calm, friendly and inviting. You don’t feel smothered with constant attention or fidgeting at your table. We decided to sit at the bar in the corner which over looked the space, Danny was our Bar man/host/everything. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and dare I say handsome.

AMBIANCE: the lighting is a rich amber, decor in point, not overly cluttered or trying too hard. They knew exactly what they were trying to say and the story is created perfectly. It’s rich , warm and inviting.
It did get a little lively but even a noise sensitive person like me did not mind it because it felt like being in someone’s home with joy, family and good food.

FOOD: Everything was extraordinary, absolutely delicious, wonderful, exciting, perfect. That Chef and kitchen team deserve Awards!!! The sable fish mended in my mouth with a richness from being aged for 8 days, the warm olives were addictive and the eggplant… just so wow!

I will be back here again and again and again.

Unique tapas in an intimate setting. Nice ambiance with darker lighting. Our server was friendly. I like how they took the time to explain (some) of the dishes. Innovative menu that rotates. Really friendly male bartender with longish hair. Bathrooms are well kept. I would make a reservation as it was quite busy. Only downside is that the portions are kinda small and expensive, but that’s a given for this type of restaurant. There is no sign so look for the small printing on the door.

A true hidden gem for an out of towner. True Vancouver hospitality and food at its finest. The staff is knowledgeable, fun and welcoming. I’ve been coming to Vancouver for over 20 years and always just go to downtown spots but this place changed my mind about that. Bravo is worth the trip. It’s not too far but worth every bit of the extra drive.
