6 stars!
We had an amazing experience at Bravo! We made a reservation for 10 PM and arrived on time, not realizing the restaurant closed at 11 PM. We stayed until 11:45 PM without even noticing how late it was, and the staff never once made us feel rushed. In fact, the owner himself was helping to serve, which we only realized while chatting with him at our table. He was so gracious and welcomingāit really added a personal touch to our evening.
Weāve ordered every item (was so good we had to reorder some of them) on the menu and the food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. Itās rare to find a place where both the quality and hospitality are this outstanding. Bravo is truly a gem, and we canāt recommend it enough!

Absolutely dialed. Best place Iāve been in Van in quite some time. Louie looked after us so well. Wine was bang on. Cocktails looked delicious but we never had any. Food was so tasty. Best salmon Iāve had in ages. Maybe one of the best bites Iāve had in Vancouver. Ambiance was perfect. Canāt wait to go back.

? Seafood Paradise at Bravo ?: A Must-Try on Fraser Street!
1ļøā£ What a seafood feast! ?? Bravo delivered an unforgettable dining experience with their Tofino King Salmon, Fremantle Octopus, and Mexican Blue Shrimp appetizers. Each dish was bursting with fresh flavors, beautifully plated, and cooked to perfection. ??
2ļøā£ Pasta lovers, rejoice! ? The Tagliolini I had for the finale was a dreamy blend of rich textures and bold flavors, leaving me completely satisfied. Bravo knows how to make every bite memorable! ?
3ļøā£ Drinks that wow ?ā The Isla de Muerta cocktail stole the show, combining rum, espresso liqueur, pineapple, and espresso into a perfectly balanced masterpiece. A must-try pairing for your meal! ?āØ
4ļøā£ Cozy vibes and top-notch service ?? Bravoās ambiance is warm yet sophisticated, perfect for a special night out. The attentive staff went above and beyond to make everything flawless. Canāt wait to return for their winter menu! āļø?

You look at the menu and youāre like cool cool cool, tight tight tight. But then you taste the food and youāre like OMG OMG OMG, wow wow wow. Just incredible flavor combinations and definitely left me wanting more. Tried the hiramasa, east coast oysters, tuna toast, king salmon, and tagliolini. Would try each of these again. Regrets: Manila clams.
Wine list - wouldāve loved a bit more by the glass options, but everything we ordered was great. Excited to try cocktails next time.
Loved sitting at the bar - nice people, great hospitality.

Best meal I've had in a long time. Everything we tried was excellent, the king salmon and fish dip were my favourites.

Louie took such good care of my husband and I last night. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and took our experience to the next level with his accomodations. The food is excellent as expected but the customer service is really the special sauce to Bravo. Highly recommended!

Truly a gem of a spot. The food was phenomenal; we got the hokkaido scallops (crudo), spencer gulf hiramasa, tofino king salmon, and fremantle octopus. Dani really elevated the entire experience for us. He's affable and incredibly hospitable, not to mention he makes great drinks. Can't wait to go back!

Sumptuous food. All the dishes looked rich but were actually quite light. The gravlax toast and the seared scallops were very well balanced. The tagliolini was delicious. The apple dessert components worked together really well. We had a glass white wine, an Italian pinot grigio, which was well rounded, but also quite hollow. The service was friendly. The atmosphere struck a versatile balance between sophisticated and casual. Overall, at ~$122 for two people, this is a great option for dinner.

Just an excellent restaurant experience. King Salmon, Oysters and clams were all excellent, but the surprise star was the tagliolini - with squid bolognese and this citricy ricotta. Delectable!
