Food and service are lacking. You can find better coffee shops in this area, that care about their customers.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time. Just go to Starbucks where the Baristas are actually nice and you can work on your laptop

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Never have I Bean treated so rudely by the owner of an establishment. This place should not even be in business. I highly recommend taking your money and spending it ANYWHERE ELSE. The owner acts as if she is doing YOU a favour by charging you $8+ for a coffee. Too many rules for a place where you should be able to enjoy some food and a beverage. The only thing I enjoyed here was leaving.

Take your money elsewhere. Not only is the coffee bad but the customer service is atrocious. Some people shouldn’t be business owners…

While passing by this café near Stanley Park , I noticed a small sign at the entrance advertising siphon coffee, which immediately caught my attention. Intrigued, I decided to step inside.
The space is quite narrow, but the glass display case filled with a collection of unique coffee cup sets adds an interesting touch. Their menu offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, which seemed appealing at first glance.
Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. From the moment I entered to the time I placed my order, the staff member’s demeanor was cold and serious. Perhaps it was just an off day, but it certainly didn’t make for a welcoming atmosphere.
The café only has a few seats, but there was a steady stream of what appeared to be local regulars coming and going. My coffee arrived fairly quickly, served in a traditional ceramic cup with a distinctive design, which I appreciated. However, the coffee itself was a major letdown. As a fan of siphon coffee, I found it to be one of the worst I’ve ever had—completely lacking in both aroma and flavor.
If you share my love for siphon coffee, I’d advise giving this place a pass. It just doesn’t live up to expectations.

Horrible customer service and incredibly rude owner. Went to leave a review and read some of the owners replies to other negative reviews and was appalled.. Definitely shouldn’t be in the business.
Best nanaimo bar and cinnamon bun, so fresh!
Horrible customer service. Highly recommend not going to this cafe. Very rude employees with snotty attitudes.
