I’ve been a loyal customer of Breka Bakery for 4 years but today’s experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I entered the café to use the restroom, and was told that I could not access it unless I made a purchase. While I understand businesses have policies, I expressed that I would buy something after using the restroom, as I couldn’t eat or drink before taking care of my needs. Unfortunately, the staff still refused to accommodate me, which I found to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. As a long-time customer, I felt embarrassed and disrespected by the way I was treated. This experience has certainly changed my perception of Breka Bakery, and I will be reconsidering my future visits. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service moving forward.

The busiest location in town. All the food is delicious and the service is great. BUT AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO STUDY. They don’t have enough chair. CUSTOMERS are fighting for sitting place including chair and didn't have ethic .

I love going to Breka when I'm in the mood for some delicious bread, since they have a great variety of donuts, muffins, and pies. They also have drinks that are always in season. What makes this place perfect is that it's open 24 hours a day. ?
