I am a DD delivery working hard and everyday at least few orders I take from here tonight one of your staff she was very super rude with me this occurs at 21:00 I even asked her why she’s so rude to me and she bang the window without any word what we delivery guys deserve is kind words actually customer had two order she was giving me only one of them I ask for the second one she was mad and very super rude if you need more reach out I work on Davie since 4 yrs doing same job.

Always busy as per usual. Have been coming here for years and years since they originally opened . Prices have gone up a decent amount , quality is still pretty good although some items are much smaller portions now. Service is okay but always very busy. Love the matcha cream puff and apple strudel.

It is in a nice neighborhood and could honestly be one of the best coffee shops out there in downtown Vancouver if they had a friendlier staff. It is just hard to see anyone with a smile there, it seems like they work at the Chicago Flight Control Centre rather than a coffee shop!

Exceptionally great desserts, drinks, baked items.
What a great place! Its open 24 hours, so when my friend and I had a late-night cake craving we were pleasantly surprised to see a 24 hr bakery! The shop is clean and open space. Lots of seating available. It is a very inviting atmosphere, there were a lot of people there. The vibe was great. They have 3 display cases of cakes, tarts, donuts, scones, sandwiches, wraps, cafe drinks... you name it! Everything appeared to be well prepared, fresh and very nice presentation. We got the Kahlua mousse cake, Strawberry shortcake, Tuxedo cake, and a Passionfruit white chocolate tart. We shared them throughout a couple days and the cake held up well in the fridge. The tart was so fruity & smooth with a perfectly crispy shell. Everything tasted nicely balanced in flavor, nothing was too sweet. The workers were attentive, approachable, and quick with service. What a lucky town to have a 24 hr bakery with quality munchies for late night snacks! I'm envious!

Different choices of pastries and pretty good desserts. Ambience is good though crowded. Walking distance from the hotel we stayed. One must try their matcha basque and strawberry shortcake. It was sooooo good.
