They gave the my kids donuts to their friend even though we ordered first. No manager was available very bad service last time there for sure

We stopped by for breakfast today at Breka. We had a great experience with the food and service there. Even though the staff was unable to understand at first that we wanted to fine in, they eventually made our experience pleasant.

We ordered a Grilled Cheese sandwich and their bestseller - BACON & CHICKEN PANINI on Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough. Additionally we ordered a Chocolate Mousse cake, a latte and a white chocolate and raspberry mocha. We had an excellent time there. The sandwiches were great and the bakery is always busy providing a rich variety of desserts and beverages.

Good cakes, terrible service. You can stand by the cake display for 5 mins and noone will look at you. Then ask how you can order and get a curt response to order at the till. As soon as you a couple of others join the lone at the till, they take someone else's order by the cakes display.

I'll be avoiding this particular Break.

I was waiting picking up order forever

I’ve visited Breaka Bakery Fraser multiple times in the early morning hours(3 am to 5 am) , and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Despite placing online orders well in advance, I’ve faced frequent delays, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The buzzer at the entrance is often out of order, and there’s no indication that customers need to come inside. Moreover, when waiting outside in the cold, it’s clear that the staff notices but acts indifferent, often glancing at you with weird smirk 😏 without any urgency. On top of that, the staff can be rude and unprofessional, adding to the frustration. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the customer experience

Had a horrible experience. I really love Breka, they have great food. But this morning around 7:30 am I had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. The woman with curly hair and an accent was very rude. I had placed a pickup order and she didn’t provide a bag. I understood when she explained that I would need to pay for one, but I was simply trying to ask how I could get a bag through DoorDash since there’s no option to request one in the app. Instead of helping, she was rude and closed the window while I was still speaking. Very poor service from that employee.

The worst Breka I’ve ever been to. There was a long line, but the cashier decided to ignore it and serve someone who had just walked in. For sure, this will be my first and last time at this branch.

Ordered 2 French Toast Breakfast sandwiches this morning. The worst I ever tried… Super sweet! How can you mix this much sugar with salty cheese ? And for what?

Placed order on app at 12:55pm to pickup for 1:20pm.Did not receive my order till 1:39pm.
Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for my order didnt get a chance to eat lunch. So many staff but they rather stand around talking than checking on orders 🙄
