Some of the best cream filled donuts I've ever had. I tried the dulce de leche and pistachio, they were both very balanced so you never got over whelmed by sweetness. Went back twice to try the London fog donut and Mango mousse, everything is incredible

Very very busy, even at 11:30 pm. It's open 24 hours and it's so good! Best cafe I've ever been to. I was surprised at the reasonable price and portion size of the sandwich. The desserts me and my boyfriend tried were all very tasty. We got 2 large frap drinks, 4 deserts, and 2 sandwiches for only $60, including taxes. It's worth the visit for sure. ☺️

Great Flat White & Dark Chocolate Raspberry Scone. It has the feeling of a local chain, yet is still clean & of high quality in general.

Breka Bakery & Café on Denman Street is a 24/7 spot known for its fresh baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee. Located near Stanley Park, it offers a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. I usually go there for their pastries. My favorite item is the round cake topped with almonds from Breka Bakery & Café is called Bienenstich or “Bee Sting Cake.”

I’m glad that they got some gluten-free desserts. Overall service was good but seating needed cleaning, tables had trash on it and creamers were spilled over the chair.

Dietary restrictions: They have lactose free and gluten free options.

I've heard of many good things about this cafe from the locals. The male barista was immaculate and super patient with me and my orders. However the cashier and female baristas were unfortunately less than satisfactory. I was met with an immediate side eye as soon as I got the the front to pay. My partner spilled her drink due to the cups lid not being put on properly, and like the angel she was she asked for a new lid super politely because we understood people make mistakes. The barista then rudely grabbed a new lid and chucked it on the table with hate in her heart... I'm one to tell my girlfriend to calm down, however her demon came out that day. Unfortunately this experience my girlfriend had caused an immense strain on our relationship for that day. So overall I would give 3 stars, but unfortunately the barista ruined it. So sorry!

Employees were really disrespectful. Wouldn’t have tipped if i knew it was self serve n also clearing ur own table plus getting treated like trash by employees. maybe they were having a bad day but i’m still ur customer hello? They also over poured my matcha leading spills. so when i went to change the cover, the girl side eyed me and i left the garbage on the counter which takes like 1 second for the employees to throw it away but they didn’t and asked my friend to tell me to throw it out. I wouldn’t have got my pants dirty if they didn’t over poured it in the first place

Edited to the reply- What’s the point of filling it to the top if it’s gonna make leakage and spill? 😭 I have no knowledge to being a barista so why is it my duty to tell them not to over-pour it? 😢 bruh lacking common sense ?

One of the best cafes. The food is top quality. There are delicious desserts for every price point, as low as $1.50, which I love, as a lot of cafes only have $5 pastries... The prices are fair and overall lower than surrounding cafes. London Fog and maple pecan donuts are huge winners.

I think it would be worth it to add three times the amount of filler to their egg salad sandwich, even if they have to raise the price by a dollar or two.

Overall, my favorite cafe in Vancouver.
