The fish and chips was terrible. The food, especially the fries were over salted. However the service and beer was good.

I never understood the concept of being served an alcoholic drink in a glass packed with ice, loaded with sugary syrups, and containing only a tiny amount of liquor. What a waste.

i was there so many time with me friend and we love to eat and drink at this place . we are order chicken wings .. fist order chicken wings perfect cook second order same and chicken wings is was good .. and the next order chicken wings is not cook in side the meat still red and the bond you can tell is prozent and red ... look scary i was sad no waiter or waitress and come check our table even asking the waitress for the lemon she said ok but never comeback .... the bar man make perfect whiskey sour ... each drink great love it .. and he was great person and good bar man ... .... anyway i hope the next time when we will return to this place and my chicken wings hope all good .

I would have given 5 stars straight across the board but I was taken back when I ordered a salad that the ingredients didn’t mention cashew’s. I have a tree nut allergy and was quite disappointed to see cashew’s in the salad I ordered. After speaking with our waitress about it who was very forgiving she said they’ve been trying to get head office to list the ingredients or at least mention ‘ contain’s nuts’ . The manager ’Travis’ was super apologetic removed the salad from our bill. Hopefully the issue gets fixed before something bad happens to someone else. Other than that it was fantastic!

Warm welcomes from host when you walk in. Amanda took such great care of us from start to finish and everyone in between were attentive. Smash tacos and nachitos are a HH must.

one of the worst service from waiters, just arguing with customers

This place is usually fine, not amazing, but consistently slightly above average. Recently went here to to watch game 7 of the NBA finals and despite everyone in the place at the time being there to watch, they wouldn't put the sound on. The manager claimed it was corporate and that he'd get in trouble. Not sure if that's true, can't imagine why else they would refuse to appease the vast majority of customers, but if it is, your corporate decision makers are not very good at giving customers what they're paying for.

That definitely soured me on the place and I've diverted us from there a couple of times since. I'm sure they won't miss a few hundred bucks a month from my group, but all we can do is speak with our dollars and I intend to do that with this place going forward, plenty of other options on Main fortunately!

Dropped by Browns Crafthouse for a casual bite and had a mostly good experience. The Korean Fried Chicken was excellent — crispy, flavorful, and definitely a standout. The Parmesan Fries were okay but nothing special.

The biggest letdown? The Pollo Tacos — while they tasted great, we only got two small tacos for $17, which felt overpriced and left us disappointed.

Overall, it’s a great spot for bar eats with a solid vibe, but some of the pricing just doesn’t feel justified.

I got the chicken burger with a Caesar salad and it was 11/10. So good, bacon and egg in the salad I didn’t expect but it was delicious. The burger too with the pickles. Will order again. 👍👍

Food is delicious. Good place to watch a hockey game or grab a drink.

Super Duper Nachos are the best ones, way more tasty than Browns Socialhouse
