A nice place to grab drinks or food. I ordered takeout and got the California burger and salad, it tasted good. However it's a little bit on the pricier side for the portions.

Came here with some friends for a Friday evening drink and food. Everything we had was looking good and tasted great. I really enjoyed the fish tacos and my friends enjoyed the burger and the beef bowl. They had a reasonable selection of beverages that should be able to accommodate everyone. The servers were professional and helpful with their suggestions. We would come again. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with a group. This is a good place to try.

Made a stop by Browns Crafthouse on Main street last weekend. Plenty of seating, as the location had a decent size patio as well. The nachos and other appetizers were fair in pricing and portions. Alcohol wasn't overly priced, but definitely skip the pop/soda (it was flat and tasteless)

Some establishments need a serious reality check. When you’re competing with restaurants like Earls and Cactus Club, you’d think there would be a clear effort to elevate standards. Their happy hour menu isn’t even available online, so I stopped by in person—only to find the weakest selection imaginable.

To their credit, the service was pleasant and our server was friendly. We ordered several appetizers, and I then asked for a cowboy salad with chicken. A few minutes later, they returned to say they were out of regular chicken but could offer blackened chicken instead—no problem. Then came another visit: they didn’t have enough ingredients to make a large cowboy salad, a regular cowboy salad, so they preemptively decided they would just bring me a small one. I stopped them right there and said, “No thank you.”

I also find it incredibly hard to believe that at 9:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, they had no chicken. How exactly are you supposed to make chicken sandwiches—or anything else on the menu—without it? Improvise. Make it happen. It felt less like a supply issue and more like a lack of effort. They could have easily used the same chicken they’d serve on a burger or in a bowl, but instead, they chose not to bother. The whole “we have no chicken” story felt disingenuous at best.

Meanwhile, my daughter’s Coke arrived without syrup—completely flat. The restaurant was practically empty, yet no manager stepped in to apologize or address the situation. Instead, they simply said, “Sorry, we don’t have enough food,” as if that explained everything.

At that point, I cancelled the order and left. My 11-year-old daughter, frustrated and hungry, summed it up perfectly: “Let’s go somewhere that actually has food.” We went to Cactus Club instead and had an excellent meal—efficient service, great atmosphere, and, notably, no shortage of food.

Take your pick, Cactus Club, Earl's, Browns, mediocre food, prices go up, quantity goes down, simple food, nothing more

Nice place to go on Friday night or on weekends. The atmosphere is animated and friendly and we can enjoy delicious food! Even if it was quite crowded we didn't have to wait to be seated. We received a good service. Of course as a bar, it's noisy so hard to have a talk but the music was good during our visit!

Staff were friendly and looked after us well. Lots of comfortable seating options. Varied menu but not overly big. I have the spicy tuna bowl which was delicious.

The fish and chips was terrible. The food, especially the fries were over salted. However the service and beer was good.

I never understood the concept of being served an alcoholic drink in a glass packed with ice, loaded with sugary syrups, and containing only a tiny amount of liquor. What a waste.

I would have given 5 stars straight across the board but I was taken back when I ordered a salad that the ingredients didn’t mention cashew’s. I have a tree nut allergy and was quite disappointed to see cashew’s in the salad I ordered. After speaking with our waitress about it who was very forgiving she said they’ve been trying to get head office to list the ingredients or at least mention ‘ contain’s nuts’ . The manager ’Travis’ was super apologetic removed the salad from our bill. Hopefully the issue gets fixed before something bad happens to someone else. Other than that it was fantastic!
