Browns Socialhouse Queen Elizabeth Theatre (QE Theatre)

I really hate to write such a bad review but we had possibly the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant before.
We live in the neighborhood and been here a handful of times.
We went in at 1:45pm and sat on the patio.
Not busy at all, maybe 3 tables full.

The waitress brought over water and spilt it on the table. Didn't make an attempt to clean it up.
We ordered 3 drinks. It took about 20mins for us to get drinks.

We ordered 2 dishes and she got one wrong.

I asked for hot sauce. She proceeded to clean tables until I had to ask her for the hot sauce again.

Maybe just a bad day and I hate writing a review like this but the service was just so so bad.

We grabbed a bite before the show and we were pleasantly surprised! Food was really tasty (we had nachos and a burger), cocktails were delicious (sangria) and the service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and they made sure we got our food in time to make it to the show.

Three of us had dinner and drinks at Browns before a show at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and everything was excellent. A special shout out to our server, Nikki, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back!”

Our servers Maya and Grayson were fantastic! I have to say, over the past 5 years or more I can’t recall having such an attentive and genuinely sincere server as Maya. And Grayson, for the parts of the meal he delivered, was superb. Great job you guys!!!

Our bartender Ethan greeted us immediately upon walking in and was friendly, charming, and hardworking. Not only did he provide great service but we saw him hustling the entire time we were here with a smile and style.
