My go-to Hong Kong style cafe in the Vancouver area.
Parking is a bit of a challenge in that area.
It is very busy but there is a fast table turnaround. Usually a 15 minute wait when it is busy.
Big menu from Western-hong Kong style dishes to Chinese/south East Asian food. Prices are super reasonable and most orders came with a hot drink. Their staff is very efficient and friendly. Food is always good here.

Typical HK cha chaan teng. Prices are very good especially given portion sizes. Not a very large place so it can be a bit busy when it is meal time. Cash only!

Food is not the problem as we tried both breakfast and early dinner on two separate occasions. Neither is the parking nor the atmosphere or the washrooms. The problem is the expectation of the waitress as they called out that your tipping is not enough. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Will not come back ever again. Their own fault of not accepting credit cards then this will not be a problem.

Do not visit, what a bunch of crooks! Server lady lied about drinks being part of the combo and ended up charging us. Ok that's fine I'm not gonna be mad about $2 for the drinks. Then they came to us when we were eating, said it is cash only and 10% tips is REQUIRED.
We were obviously not happy about their attitude so we asked why did she lie to us about the free combo drink and literally demanded us for the tips. This chinese lady even said if you don't pay tips, you can eat outside. (I have video as proof)
Poor attitude is the reason these people are working there. They don't deal with credit cards so they make more money by paying less tax, BUT they still put tax on our bills. Look, I couldn't care less, I just wanted to enjoy my meal. But don't give us such a poor attitude, don't cut corners here and there just to make some extra bucks. That's pathetic. Good luck in life.

Priced reasonably. Good value. It seems to be a popular Hong Kong style cafe in the neighborhood. I forgot to take pictures of the Portuguese style pork on rice until we finished half of it.

Food was okay. Service was horrible. We asked to substitute spaghetti with rice, the waitress didn't communicate it to the chef. She brought us spaghetti and said that it's okay and we should just eat the spaghetti...

We decided to not tip as much since the waitress was quite aggressive and wasn't accommodating at all. She ended up trying to force us to pay more tips. Would not recommend coming here.

Good value for the bucks.
Servers are fast and accurate to the order.
Small place. Maximum 6 people pee table.
We ordered 5 mini dishes with 5 drinks. Each one only paid $15.50
