We really like their flat rice noodle with grilled chicken here, and came back a few times just for it! We also tried other dishes and they are good as well. The only thing you want to stay away is ordering the steak, which is very chewy and missing flavors.

Pro-tip: This restaurant is cash only.
Baked Rice and Pork Chop with Tomato: I LOVE CHEESE! Wow, that was an incredible dish! I am not overly familiar with Hong Konger cuisine so I wasn’t really expecting this dish to hit so HARD. You’re telling me that I’m eating pork chop on rice mixed with a thick savoury sauce and CHEESE? Sign me UP.
Stir-Fried Flat Rice Noodle with Beef and Soy Sauce: I liked this dish. Very standard dish, very inoffensive, not the star of the show.

Have tried their breakfast baked spaghetti. Baked spaghetti was good, would definitely get again and better than other restaurants.
Their breakfast is good as well but their sausage is a hot dog and not breakfast sausage like how some other hk cafes serve. Their hk iced milk tea is one of the best ones I have tried.
Cash only!

This place is cash only and is my definition of what a hidden gem is. It literally is quite difficult to find parking around here but when you enter, it feels like a mom and pop operation.
I would highly recommend their fried rice dishes, in particular the Thai Fried Rice. Its prepared with enough wok-hey and seasoning that just cannot be beat. Their other traditional Hong Kong dishes are okay but the portion sizes is on the lighter side (price wise).
The drinks that comes with the combo are underwhelming, particular the Iced Lemon Tea, it's way too sour for the size and not sweet enough (and I usually order my drinks with less sweetness too).

Waited over an hour for my food while my friend’s dish already came out. Ended up getting it to go. Service was basically non existent and rude when we got any. Paid extra for chicken instead of bacon for my sandwich and went home to find that they didn’t substitute it. Complete rip off and still had the audacity to ask for tip.

My go-to Hong Kong style cafe in the Vancouver area.
Parking is a bit of a challenge in that area.
It is very busy but there is a fast table turnaround. Usually a 15 minute wait when it is busy.
Big menu from Western-hong Kong style dishes to Chinese/south East Asian food. Prices are super reasonable and most orders came with a hot drink. Their staff is very efficient and friendly. Food is always good here.

Typical HK cha chaan teng. Prices are very good especially given portion sizes. Not a very large place so it can be a bit busy when it is meal time. Cash only!
