Tried the bubble tea here twice and both times, it tasted terrible (no tea flavour and super watered down); I thought my first time was a miss so decided to give it another try but it was just as bad. Maybe it's just the flavour I got (Jasmine milk tea) but I definitely won't be back. Go across the street - it's much better if you want a good bbt.

Reply to Owner's response:
Ice and sugar dilutes the true tea flavour hence I always get my bbt without both, as I assume there's sugar in the pearls already and I'm not buying sugar water. Maybe you're not using enough tea leaves? I'm not sure as the drinks are made in the back but just providing my honest opinion, given the lack of tea flavour... both times 😒 You should try making one for yourself given you've been in business for 20 years and are getting similar responses in some other reviews 🤷

This boba shop is my favourite of all time. They have such a variety of boba flavours, and for a good price too!

Got a mango ice cream slush for a sunny day. I wasn’t asked for sweetness level, and I’m not sure if there’s an option for ice cream slushes, but while drinking it, I was happy with it. It wasn’t overly sweet, and not bland either. Could feel the creaminess of the vanilla ice cream but there was also enough ice blended to keep the thirst gone and the drink very cold. The mango flavour in this drink was very nice as well.

This store gives “treat your children to something that’s as close to healthy as unhealthy gets.” The store is also kind to your wallet. 😊

Paid 9$ for a real taro smoothie… there was no taro in it… literally just water and ice it was nasty

One of the best bubble tea spots in vancouver, absolute hidden gem, the lower reviews posted for these place are just complaining about seating area, this is more of a take out style store and its perfect! Huge drink menu but each type tastes like it’s their specialty drink, very rich flavour. I have been going here for a few years now and I live all the way in burnaby and have tried so many places. 10/10

A tiny place. Low key cute. Quick easy spot to pick up a drink. There are also 2-3 seats available (not private) where you can watch a TV screen with music. Quick service.👍

I LOVE this place. I usually get fresh watermelon slush, in the winter it's not available but that's ok because they have plenty of other amazing drinks. Staff are friendly, prices are good. 100% recommend

Tiny bobba shop. Not much seating. Came for take out. My honeydew slush was yummy! The milk tea was dark in color but lacking in flavour.

I am a Taiwanese and grown up with bubble tea better. This is my favorite bubble tea in Vancouver. So many choices and the price is so reasonable. Where can you find a bubble tea less than $6 now? Quality and taste is the best in town. As you can see they opened since 2017 and they survive after COVID. Time will prove.
